The cozy apartment (40 m²) is located on the ground floor to the left of a house with 3 apartments. The apartment has a separate kitchen with 4 burner stove with oven, kettle, toaster and coffee machine, small dining table with 2 chairs. The living room has a couch-sofa, TV and radio. From the living room leads to the south facing terrace. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed (180 x 200) and a spacious wardrobe. The bathroom with window has a shower / WC. The Non smoking rental is equipped with carpeted floors. Pets are not allowed. The final cleaning and the initial bed linen is included. Please bring your own towels. The 3 apartments are located in a separate holiday house in enclosed grounds of the owner. Quiet location near the aft water - on peninsula Gnitz - in Lütow. At the nearby campsite (about 10 minutes), there is a bike hire and restaurants and a small shop. In the resort about 300 meters there is a restaurant and about 800 meters a swimming area on the backwaters. Until the Zinnowitz and the beach is about 7 km.
