The entrance provides access to a comfortable living area, composed of a sofa, a TV, a kitchenette and a large bay window opening onto the south facing terrace, with table and chairs for meals outdoors. The first bedroom has a queen size bed (160x200 cm) and a wardrobe and an office area. The second bedroom has a double bed (140x200cm). The shower room includes a sink and a toilet. ACCESS TO PROPERTY From Nice airport: about 30 minutes by car via the A8.From Cannes station: 5 minutes by car or 16 minutes by foot. Need a transfer? Our concierge service can handle it. AFFAIRS The apartment is located in the central area of Palm Beach, just a 3-minute walk from the Croisette and its beaches, between Antibes Street and Port Canto. Departures are made until 11am and arrivals from 4pm (flexible according to our availability of course, do not hesitate to tell us if you want to arrive before or leave later, we will do so with pleasure whenever possible).Arrivals can be made in person until 7:00 p.m.Late arrival until 22:00 on request and extra.Beyond these times arrivals are made only on key box.All the key boxes are located in front of our premises, 85 avenue du Maréchal June in Cannes, and the keys will therefore have to be recovered at this address for all arrivals in keybox.
