Ideally located in the best area of Cannes, between rue d'Antibes (50 meters) and La Croisette (100 meters), at only 50 meters from the famous Carlton Hotel. This area is very quiet and residential, but the Carré d'Or, the hearth of nightlife in Cannes, is just at 5 minutes walking. Within a distance of few hundred meters, you will get the best of Cannes : the beach, luxury shopping, restaurants, Palais des Festivals (10 minutes walking). The flat is very comfortable and has been entirely redecorated 2 years ago.

Lovely place in Cannes

Super relaxing stay, the appartment is clean, furnished with anything you need. Check-in and check-out procedure very pragmatic and easy. In case of next holidays in Cannes we will book the appartment again.

Prefect spot in Cannes

This was my second stay and hopefully not my last. Sylvie is very communicative, flexible (changed both arrival and departure times), and helpful. The apartment is clean, comfortable, very close to the beach and great restaurants and is just a couple of blocks off the Croisette. Really perfect!

Not recommended if have noise sensitivity

Not a good place if one is sensitive to sounds. The design of the building causes sounds in the building to be amplified rather than diminished. It is close to beach and a short walk to near by restaurants and shops.

I am very sorry that you had a negative experience due to your health condition as you told me. In 12 years of renting you are the first person to complain. However, this is an extremely quiet area and I cannot be held responsible for any noise made by other vacationers in the building. My wish is that all my guests are happy with their stay.

Exzellente Stadtwohnung

Ideal für einen Aufenthalt in Cannes. Sowohl Strand (2 Minuten zur Croisette) als auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe, trotzdem absolut ruhig. Sehr gut und geschmackvoll eingerichtetes hübsches Appartement mit allem, was man braucht. Wir hoffen, bald zurück zu kommen und würden gern wieder bei Sylvie buchen.

Sylvie was a great host. Despite my being late (by a day) to get the keys, she was as friendly as could be. The one bedroom is well appointed , an easy walk to the beach and to restaurants and shops. I would stay again in a heartbeat.

Great apartment in good, central location. The hostess, Sylvie, was there to welcome me as promised. She is pleasant and her English is good. Throughout my stay, she always responded to any emails or texts promptly. The pictures online are a good representation of the apartment. It is clean and well organized. The kitchen is well equipped - and there's now a brand new washer. The bed is surprisingly comfortable, and the shower has plenty of hot water with good pressure. The apartment is on the 1st floor, so it's easy getting in/out, however, as the windows face a courtyard, it is quiet with limited street noise. I have been to Cannes many times, and Sylvie's apartment has definitely been one of the best. I would certainly look forward to staying there again on my visit to Cannes next year.

Superior accomodations in a peerless location

This apartment is truly a gem. It is in a superb and very quiet spot but extremely well and centrally located to shops, beaches and sights. The apartment is immaculately maintained and very well furnished. The description and pictures are very true to the reality of the apartment and the surroundings. Sylvie, the owner, was extraordinarily accessible and helpful, warm and friendly. We particularly enjoyed just walking along the beachfront areas and were dazzled by the spectacular waterfront views, all within very easy walks of the apartment. We would definitely recommend this apartment to friends and family. When we return to Cannes for a future visit, we will look forward to staying at Sylvie's another time. We were only sorry we weren't able to stay longer!

Bien agencé et bien équipé, agréablement décoré, calme tout en étant près de tout (croisette, rue commerçantes, vieux port et vieille ville, de la gare, des arrêts de bus ....), cet appartement très propre et bien entretenu nous a beaucoup plu. Merci à la propriétaire pour ses bons conseils !

Un bel appartement très bien situé

L'appartement est situé dans une rue très calme en plein centre ville. L'emplacement est idéal car proche de la rue principale avec toutes ses boutiques et également à 2 pas de la Croisette et ses plages. Pouvoir tout faire à pieds sans obligation de prendre sa voiture, c'est ça les vrais vacances! Et les commerces sont tous proches ... Un petit mot sur l'appartement lui-même : il est très bien équipé (aussi bien au niveau de la cuisine que des sanitaires et de l'électro-ménager), confortable, climatisé et il dispose d'une chambre séparée, ce qui était idéal pour mes 2 adolescents qui étaient avec moi pendant ce court séjour. Le canapé lit du salon était aussi impeccable, rien à redire. Enfin, la propriétaire est à la fois sympa et charmante et elle connait vraiment très bien la région et ses activités. En bref, je reviendrai sans hésitation aux beaux jours pour profiter du soleil et de la plage ... Patrice W.
