Notre condominium de 1800 pieds carrés a 2 chambres à coucher plus un grand grenier et 3 salles de bain avec sèche-cheveux. Le condo est .5 miles à Canyon Lodge et .6 mile au village et 2. 2 miles à Tamarack Lodge. Le condo est au niveau supérieur (55 marches) avec vue sur les montagnes Sherwin et Mammoth Rock. Pour votre divertissement, TV dans TOUTES les chambres / loft avec une grande télévision dans le salon avec DVD et câble dans chaque chambre. Il y a un système stéréo, des jeux et des livres pour votre usage. L'unité a une laveuse et une sécheuse. Nous offrons un ACCÈS INTERNET et une imprimante et un scanner. Il y a une cuisine entièrement équipée avec un lave-vaisselle, un compacteur de déchets et de nombreux autres articles de cuisine, y compris un barbecue électrique. Du bois de chauffage est fourni. Il y a un parking souterrain, un casier de plain-pied est au premier niveau pour ranger vos skis, snowboards ou autres articles. Le complexe dispose d'une baignoire jacuzzi intérieure et d'un sauna avec des fenêtres afin que vous puissiez vous détendre et profiter de la vue. Pour les transports en commun, vous pouvez traverser la rue à pied pour prendre le bus. Le numéro de certificat de taxe d'immatriculation commerciale et de taxe d'occupation transitoire est 06002.

This property is perfect year round for all the activities Mammoth offers. The owner Patricia was very responsive and delivered a brand new 65” TV for us and future guests to enjoy ! The jacuzzi and sauna were recently remodelled. The covered parking was perfect over our ski holiday. A great place offering a bathroom in each room.

Huge space! Family friendly...

It was a beautiful stay over the weekend at Mammoth. Plenty of snow, so be very slow so you wont miss the entrance to the parking lot. The condo is huge and very clean! I had 10 people and there was plenty of room to move around. The flight of stairs was a challenge but we all manage, it wasnt that bad! We had 2 parking spots & Easy access everywhere! Canyon lodge is 3 mins away! I highly recommend "the love nest" not only that it is cozy and family friendly but the owners were great with providing maps, a few instructions of the property and for making sure you enjoy your stay! and Yes there is wifi! ♥️ We will be back again!

Gorgeous views and easy access to public transportation

Beautiful views off the balcony. Hot tub is great after snowboarding all day. The location was super convenient. Only issue was with the front door (after entering the code wrong 2/3 times, the door locked shut off and locked us out). But I would still stay here again. Property owner/manager are very easy to communicate with!

Great Place to Stay with Friends/Family

We had a great experience renting this condo. We had three couples and it was plenty big with each couple having their own bathroom. It was a close walk to the mountain as well. The underground parking was VERY convenient as well.

Three couples; renewed and new friendships; spectacular Mammoth; a great abode.

The "Love Nest" was a warm, convenient, and well-stocked treat for our time at Mammoth. It was perfect for our re-connection to Mammoth Mt. after many years. A bedroom and bath for each couple was perfect. Right down the street from Canyon Lodge for our early start each day. Lovely views of the mountains to the south and valley to the SW. Well stocked with everything from the kitchen to the firewood. Plenty of room for a cooking-fest each night (only went out for dinner once). A good place to store all the ski gear. We will relish returning to this vacation gem. Thanks so much for making it all so easy. Phillip Taylor

Awesome place, amazing view, and great location

This place was an great find. It is located a small walk away from Canyon Lodge, yet had plenty of parking by having a spot underground and a guest spot, and parking on the street very close by. The view is absolutely stunning and was a delight to sit on the balcony with my coffee in the morning. As for as the condo itself, there was way more space than expected. The two downstairs bedroom were quite nice, and there was ample space in the loft. Would highly recommend and will stay again on next visit up.

Great stay.

To get to this magnificent place, prepare to hike up with all your luggage all 55 steps. Other than the stairs, everything was great. Lots of room, yet very cozy. Once you get here, nothing beats the beautiful views. Indoor parking was a plus and the hot tub was great. Overall... Highly recommended, provided you are physically fit, because the stairs are really a challenge.

We had fantastic stay at Love Nest.

We had fantastic stay at Love Nest. It's beautifully decorated to justify its name. We noticed every little detail in decorations around the home. Kids loved the loft and bunk bed setup. Parking worked out well and saved us from scratching the snow in the morning. We would love to come back to the nest. There were minor improvements we recommended to the owner for future guests.

Home Away from Home

My friends and I enjoyed a lovely trip to Mammoth at the "Love Nest". There was plenty of room for accommodations, a fully stocked kitchen complete with olive oil, tea, sugar, and random non-perishables left behind from other renters. Two warnings: 1) Stairs: There are 3 flights of stairs to ascend, so be careful if you've got bad knees; 2) Parking: You get 2 parking spaces: 7, and G (guest). On our trip someone parked in our reserved spot, which worried us, but a quick call to Patricia addressed our concern/ resolved the issue. The spa was amazing. Even though I only lasted 15 minutes, it was 100% what I needed to decompress after a day of boarding. We enjoyed this place because it's comfortable, cozy, and short walk to the Canyon Lodge. I'd consider renting here again. Thank you Patricia for opening your home to temporary tenants such as ourselves. Cheers.

Cozy, clean, and close to Mammoth Resort

I had about 10 people stay in this place comfortably. The sun rises were beautiful out the back patio. Kitchen fully stocked with pots and pans to make meals. Hot tub was serious business (indoor). Covered private parking. Located close to Mammoth Ski Resort (Eagle Lodge). A flexible owner who responds to your needs. I would stay here again. I highly recommend this place. Very spacious and great location!

Hello! My friends and I stayed over at this property this past weekend. The property is very clean, and organized. The owner is very nice and gracious. The loft and the living room is incredibly spacious! I think we will like to stay there again. Please note this property is on the third floor. If you're with someone with bad knees/hip, or carry a lot of equipments, you might have to climb a few stairs. Besides that, it's great!

Cutest condo in mammoth

Nice, clean, warm place. Big and roomy for all of us. Comes equipped with dishes, firewood, seasonings, fridge, washer/dryer. Everything you need to feel like it's a home away from home. We definitely would stay at the love nest again.

Excellent Rental

I've been staying at the "Love Nest" for the past 6 years or so. It's an excellent rental. It's great for two families or a group of people. The owner Patricia makes payment and stay hassle free. There are a few flights of stairs to get there, but there isn't a need to leave for the rest of the night. Cozy up to a fire, and take in the spectacular view in the morning.

5 FLIGHTS OF STAIRS!

Someone should mention there are 5 flights of steps to climb before you get to the door! Common room was small for 8 of us but would be fine for a couple or a family of 4. The best thing about this place is the covered parking, it snowed while we were there so having a garage was huge! We will not return due to the 5 flights of steps just to get in!

In the description of our condo in the listing it says, "The condo is on the top level (55 steps)". There are also several pictures of the main room, which shows the size of the room. I am sorry you did not enjoy our beautiful condo, but all information was given in the listing. You also signed a rental agreement that states 55 steps.

Cozy and comfortable stay

Plenty of room for a big group. 2 rooms with Queen beds downstairs, with their private bathroom, and a bunked bed + 1 Full bed on second floor + bathroom. Sofa is good for sleeping too. We had time chatting around the fire place. It took some time for the deposit refund to go through, but it finally came. Thank you Patricia for all the work.

Wow! Great location and view.

Patricia has great customer service and communication. This love nest was amazing. It is very clean, cozy and has everything you need. All you need is your food. Highly recommend that you stay here.
