Welcome to our comfortable, clean, and thoughtfully prepared home! We take pride in keeping the house in excellent condition so every guest can enjoy a relaxing and comfortable stay.

Whether you’re traveling for work, visiting family, traveling with kids, or simply looking for a peaceful place to relax and unwind, our home is a great home base.

Located conveniently in town, you’ll be just minutes away from local restaurants, shopping, recreation, medical facilities, and other amenities.

🛏️ GUESTS & SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS

The home can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests.

There are two bedrooms, each with a comfortable queen-size bed. We also have additional sleeping arrangements for larger groups:

* Bedroom 1: Queen-size bed
* Bedroom 2: Queen-size bed
* Laundry room: Full-size bed
* Living room: Queen-size pull-out sofa bed

Each bedroom is furnished with soft linens and plenty of space to make yourself comfortable.

❄️ AIR CONDITIONING

Summers can get warm, so we have you covered!

The home has 5 air-conditioning units:

* 1 in the living room
* 1 in each bedroom
* 1 in the kitchen
* 1 in the laundry room

The A/C units work well during the warmer months and are available to help keep you comfortable.

To help us conserve energy, we kindly ask that you turn off the A/C units whenever you leave the house.

🔥 HEATING

For colder months, the home has a propane monitor heater that does a great job keeping the house warm and cozy.

We also provide 3 additional infrared heaters for the bedrooms and laundry room.

🍳 FULLY STOCKED KITCHEN

Our kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals and enjoy your stay.

You’ll find:

* Farmhouse-style cast-iron sink
* Stainless-steel refrigerator
* Stove/oven
* Over-the-range microwave
* Keurig coffee maker
* 4-slice toaster
* Ninja blender
* Plates, bowls, cups and glasses
* Eating and cooking utensils

Whether you’re making a quick breakfast or preparing a family dinner, you’ll have the basics you need right at your fingertips.

Our goal is to make sure you have everything you need for a comfortable stay.

The spacious laundry room includes a full-size mattress, providing an additional sleeping option for guests.

📺 ENTERTAINMENT & INTERNET

Relax after a day of exploring with four 55-inch flat-screen TVs throughout the home. Please not that Hulu and Netflix are not included.

We provide Frontier high-speed internet for work, streaming, browsing, and staying connected.

For those who enjoy outdoor cooking, there is also a propane BBQ grill available outside.

Families are welcome!

We have a variety of things to help keep little ones entertained, including:

* Puzzles

We want traveling with children to be as easy and convenient as possible!

The home is conveniently located in town in a quiet, friendly neighborhood.

You’ll be just a short drive from a variety of local amenities and recreational activities, including:

* ⛳ Arrowhead Golf Course: approximately 0.8 miles / less than a 3-minute drive
* 🛒 Holiday Market: just a few blocks away
* ⚡ Tesla charging station: just a few blocks away
* 🥏 Disc Golf Course: approximately 0.4 miles away, near the elementary school
* 🏥 Hospital: approximately 0.6 miles away
* 🏊 Public Swimming Pool: approximately 0.5 miles away

The location makes it easy to enjoy the area while still having a quiet and comfortable place to come home to.

🪧 HOUSE SIGNS & INSTRUCTIONS

You’ll notice polite signs and instructions throughout the home. These are simply there to help keep the house organized and ensure everything stays in good condition for our guests.

They are not intended to offend or inconvenience anyone.

🚗 PARKING

The property has a 2-car garage, but please note that the garage is not available for guest use because it is currently being used for storage.

There is plenty of parking available on the property, so you do not need to park on the street.

📹 SECURITY CAMERAS

For the safety and security of our guests and property, exterior security cameras are installed around the home.

There are cameras located at:

* Front porch
* Parking area
* Both sides of the house
* Back of the house

There are no cameras inside the home.

Please do not adjust, remove, cover, unplug, or otherwise interfere with the security cameras.

🌿 YARD & OUTDOOR MAINTENANCE

The lawn is professionally maintained on a bi-weekly basis.

Occasionally, you may see us or our maintenance team around the property performing lawn care or other exterior maintenance. We’ll do our best to be respectful of your privacy and minimize any disruption.

👥 ALL OCCUPANTS MUST BE INCLUDED ON THE RESERVATION

Please make sure the number of guests listed on your reservation accurately reflects everyone staying at the property, including children and babies.

Any additional guests who have not been approved prior to your stay may result in a $20 per additional guest, per night fee, in accordance with our house rules.

🚭 NO SMOKING OR VAPING

Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the home.

A cigarette-butt receptacle is provided outside for your convenience.

A $250 smoking violation fee will apply if smoking or vaping occurs inside the house.

🐾 NO PETS

Unfortunately, pets are not permitted on the property.

Unauthorized pets will result in a $120 fee per pet and may result in termination of the reservation without a refund.

🗑️ GARBAGE

Garbage cans are located outside the home.

For longer stays, please remember that garbage must be placed in the appropriate garbage can by 8:00 AM on Thursday for Waste Management pickup.
