Staying in the Great Not So Tiny …” Tiny House”.

I stayed in the tiny house for 5 relaxing nights while exploring beautiful Modoc County and all it’s special backroads. Kathy has equipped the house with everything you could wish for to make your stay comfortable, safe and enjoyable. Behind the tiny house door is a modern, tastefully decorated home that was roomy and where I cooked all my meals, packed my lunches and relaxed in the evening. Some tiny houses have an expected squeeze in feeling. Not this one! Great bed in regular sized bedroom, bathroom full of extra supplies, full sized kitchen appliances, large washer and dryer, big tv. Room to move around. Lots of places to charge what ever and good lighting, Air conditioning in the right place and two types of heating. Soo if you love a rural setting, in a beautiful quiet neighborhood, in a friendly small town, surrounded by mountains to explore checkout the “ Tiny House “.

The most thoughtful rental I have ever stayed in

My husband and I stayed in the Tiny House while we explored the beautiful Davis Creek park areas and found it to be very clean and comfortable. We greatly appreciated that the beds were comfy, and there was a full sized front loading washer dryer. There was also a nice outside grill and picnic area as well, which we didn't use. What was most remarkable was that Kathy thought of absolutely everything a weary traveler could want or need. Everything down to toothbrushes and toothpaste and an extensive supply of personal items. The kitchen was well stocked and had quality knives, pots pans, eggs in the fridge and an array of spices etc. I would recommend Tiny House for those in the Alturas area.
