Brilliant service!

Stayed here in September, the villa is beautiful and very comfortable , we liked the proximity and the walking distance to the beautiful old town, Ivan was a great host and communication was excellent, we will visit again for sure !!

Amazing villa in great location

This villa is beautiful and a short & lovely walk to the old city walls - perfect proximity while also being just far away enough to be in a quiet, serene area. We were a group of 12 adults and thought this villa was plenty specious and comfortable for our needs. The host is incredibly friendly and responsive, and there is daily cleaning included which was a pleasant surprise. We will certainly be back!

Fantastic villa in great location!

We thoroughly enjoyed our recent stay at Villa Dubrovnik. Stunning villa in a wonderful location within an easy walk of the old town. Ivan was a superb host, who looked after us incredibly well and made our stay so special. We also highly recommend the chef! Thank you, we will be back again!

This has got to be the best place in all of Dubrovnik. Short walk to old town, but feels like your own private oasis. You can't get a better view and relax in the warm Jacuzzi in November. Heaven, we'll be back. Highly recommended for a weekend trip.

A real five star rental in the middle of Dubrovnik

What a gorgeous place to stay. The owner is a pleasure to work with and very informative. The pool was refreshing in the morning and evening, and the sunsets and the view to the Old Town of Dubrovnik spectacular. The villa was beautifully furnished, clean, and very updated. This is definitely a five star rental!

Dubrovnik - wir kommen wieder!

Wir waren in Dubrovnik auf eine Hochzeit eingeladen und haben beschlossen, hier auch eine Woche Urlaub zu verbringen. Die Stadt selbst ist im Sommer etwas überlaufen, dennoch unglaublich schön und absolut sehenswert. Die Villa selber ist ein Traum, herrliche Einrichtung, große Schlafzimmer, ein schöner Pool mit Meerblick, die professionelle Kücheneinrichtung, die kleine Sauna (im August von uns nicht genutzt, da für uns einfach zu warm). Der Manager von dieser Villa war sehr zuvorkommend und immer parat, wenn man ihn brauchte. Er hat für uns einen Profi-Koch organisiert, was wir wirklich fast jeden Abend in Anspruch genommen haben, es war für uns einfach angenehmer in Ruhe auf unserer Terrasse zu Abend zu essen als auswärts nach Platz in den ohnehin sehr vollen Restaurants zu suchen. Herrlich. Vielen Dank und wir kommen wieder - schon 2018!

Grandiose villa in Dubrovnik - better than 5*****

I would give this villa even more than 5 stars. Everything from the clean facilities, the great swimming pool, the interior which is perfect, the very well equipped kitchen, the marvellous view, the cook we had for 4 times, the house oner were more than 5 star. It is really next to the old town Dubrovnik, reachable in only 10 minutes walk, the beach only a few steps away. Definitely going to visit again. Thank you for a unique stay in your beautiful town Dubrovnik!

High end villa in Dubrovnik, marvellous view

The villa is amazing - spacious and modern rooms, en-suite bathrooms, the everyday cleaning service is included. It is really well designed combining the old with the new. A special ad-on is the chef which you can order for nice dinners in the house on the beautiful terrace with the most marvellous view on the city of Dubrovnik. Whenever visiting Dubrovnik again, I would be very happy and pleased to stay in the same villa. Recommendations for it!
