- Perfectly equipped and functional kitchen: refrigerator (a second one in the garage), freezer, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, toaster, induction hobs, oven, microwave.
- Terrace with table, chairs and garden furniture, charcoal barbecue
- Bedroom 1: one 160 cm bed
- Bedroom 2: two 90 cm beds
- Bathroom with bathtub
- Separate toilet
- Garage to store your equipment (bicycles, surfboards...) and washing machine
Bed linen and towels are not provided but can be rented from the concierge.
Cleaning is included so that you can fully enjoy your stay
