BBonjour Daniel et Yvette, merci beaucoup pour votre note que je trouve Malgrétout un peu sévère
J’ai essayé de tout faire pour vous satisfaire, je vous ai invité à ma table prèté des sièges et répondu à toutes vos requêtes. J’ai aussi préparer des courriers pour que vous puissiez être remboursé de la partie de séjour que vous n’avez pas pu effectuer à cause des évènements du Venezuela.
Malheureusement, 8/10 c’est pénalisant…
