Une charmante maison compacte, idéalement située. Au calme, tout en étant proche d'Épernay et des environs. Notre chien était aux anges et ne voulait plus quitter la propriété. Un petit portillon donne directement sur un joli chemin de promenade au bord de l'eau. De là, on peut facilement rejoindre à pied le village, où l'on trouve une boulangerie et un bistrot convivial tenu par des propriétaires très accueillants. Une terrasse agréable et une cuisine entièrement équipée complètent ce bien. Nous y avons passé un long week-end et nous y retournerions avec plaisir.
