My family and I came to Florida for vacation. The location was perfect for us. We were centered to everything we wanted. The beach access was great and we were able to walk to the pier. It was extremely accurate in the description, easy check in and very clean. The view of the ocean was wonderful. I would definitely recommend and would stay again.

I am glad you had a good stay :)I promise the sheets were cleaned, that’s something we take very seriously. The sheets we buy are soft sheets higher threat count. They are not going to feel hard after the wash. We wash them with hot water.

The pictures tell the whole story. Very cute condo with a great ocean view. The pool, and tiki bar next-door were an awesome amenity. Owner was very kind and quick to respond.

Great location, good for two people

My 18 year old daughter and I staying in the room for the Turkey Rod Run. We typically were only there to sleep and shower, so it worked great for us. Couch was big enough for her to sleep on. The bed was nice and firm. Clean place, great ocean view.

Overall a great stay

5 stars for cleanliness, location, walkability, and host. Not in their control but the hot tub was not working properly and the beach access is closed off. Otherwise the pool, the view and everything else was great.

Nice Spot!

Great property accurately described with great view, clean, and easy check in/check out process. Nice location on Daytona Beach, if we weren’t in the room we were on the beach. Appreciated this spot was slightly less busy than being right next to the pier. Still had access to all of the popular spots within walking distance. Host was easy to communicate with but we had no issues at all. Enjoyed our stay, would stay again!

I love hosting because I love to make our places very nicely decorated and comfortable. I want our guests to feel right at home and not feel like they are staying at the hotel. I think from guest prospective, would I like it ?
I absolutely love hear how we made someone s get away great and the had fun. So enjoyable to know that.

We have few places, we choose the place we frequented , so we knew they are nice and they have meaning to us. For example, our place in Helen, Georgia is my favorite place in the world. I love to sit on a balcony and watch the animals. It is so peaceful and is so comfortable. Place in Cedar Key is an amazing, amazing island or people are extremely nice and dog friendly seafood is amazing, so we wanted to get a place there so people can enjoy and make it very comfortable for them.
Daytona is a wonderful place for a getaway or vacation. Which place is right on the beach with you because nothing beats getting up in the morning with cup of coffee , Going to the balcony and watching the sunrise or sunset.

I think it makes our properties unique is how comfortable it is and how cheerful it is on our eye. We use nice colors for the schemes that are easy on an eye, but make you feel like you in the environment Where are you would like to be. Also make sure we provide every comfort of home such as all the cooking utensils, pots pans, and anything else is needed. We provide plenty of coffee ,since we are coffee drinkers, and coffee filters. I think it’s so important for people to enjoy nice cup of coffee to not have to use cheap single coffees .
