Welcome To The Manatee Manor - A 5 bedroom home in Windsor Hills

The Manatee Manor is a fully-equipped 5-bedroom, 5-bathroom luxury vacation villa that is situated with no one overlooking our yard or pool.

Our home sleeps 10 guests in 2 king sized beds, a queen sized room, 1 room with 2 twin beds, and 1 room with bunk beds (full over full). Each bedroom has a smart TV for when you need to relax after a long day exploring all that Central Florida has to offer. All bedrooms have their own bathroom. One of the downstairs Master en-suite bathrooms is equipped with a roll-in shower.

The garage has been refinished as a Super Mario themed game room which includes air conditioning, a full-sized air hockey table, a wall mounted 75″ smart TV with ability to play PS4 or Nintendo Switch, and 3 full size arcade games (Rush 2049, Big Buck Hunter & a 60 game Multi-cade). For your laundry needs we have two sets of washers and dryers to make cleaning your clothes and towels a breeze.

Wonderful Home

We had a wonderful time in this spacious home, The kids really enjoyed the themed rooms and the arcade. The owners are extremely helpful with excellent communication. We had a problem with one of our flights and Alysha definitely went above and beyond our expectations to help us enjoy our vacation.

Our family (and extended family) visited Windsor Hills in early 2020 – just before COVID swept the world off its feet – and we knew that we wanted to be here.

In the summer of 2020, our family moved into this fabulous community, and we spent the next year and a half enjoying Florida life, Windsor Hills life, visiting the theme parks, exploring the Florida peninsula, and remodeling our new home.

After nearly 18 months of preparation, our home is finally ready to share with others that are looking for that perfect spot to bring their families and enjoy this little slice of heaven. We know that you and yours will find the same welcome atmosphere that we found, and we look forward to our home being a part of your wonderful lifelong memories!
