Very Clean Guest House near Melrose Ave and The Grove

The very clean guest room with a swimming pool/Jaccuzi and a nice patio.
This unique guest room is located near Melrose Ave and The Grove. There are great restaurants, coffee shops, bars, stores around us.
Our insurance policy requires guests to sign the Waiver of Liability Agreement before check-in.
I have asthma, so guests must be Covid-19 negative and guests have got fully vaccinated for Covid-19 2 two weeks before arrival.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Take all trash, including bathroom trash bags, and recycle out to the containers in front of the main house. Turn off A/C and Air Purifier. Replace any furniture that was moved.
Collect all sheets and towels. Leave used towels and sheets in the laundry basket in the bathroom. Leave bathrooms clean. Remove any opened food from the fridge and cupboards.
Turn off any lights and appliances. Double-check all drawers, closets, safety box for personal items. Please close and lock all doors and windows
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
