This home is perfect for the visiting executive, first responder, family, or those visiting for fishing or hunting in the area! Come enjoy a slice of tranquility in Olney, IL and enjoy some time relaxing out back with the grill, visiting with friends and family! The home's floor plan combines a blend of farmhouse construction and modern interior accents. The house boasts a large living area, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large kitchen, a dining area, on-site laundry, and the large driveway is perfect for those bringing multiple vehicles, boats, trailers, or ATVs/side-by-sides. Come to your home away from home and RELAX! The house is situated close to downtown, within walking distance of local ice cream favorite Chilly Willy's, and hometown favorite Hovey's Diner! Nothing is too far away in Olney by car or a quick walk!

There is also a second apartment in the basement with its own entry/exit (also available for an extra fee). a locked door from both sides, off of the kitchen, prevents cross traffic and ensures privacy and safety. You may run into your neighbors on the back patio and parking areas only.

A great place to call home for a vacay!

My family and I stayed in this great space when traveling for a visit with my sister in law who lives in nearby Sumner. The location was great, plenty of space for all of our needs and easy to get answers to questions. Definitely recommend!

I wouldn't change a thing. The folks in town are truly the best and nicest people - the hardest part to get used to is people waving at you that you don't really know and trying to figure out if it was a mistake or not (hint: it's not). =) Welcome to Olney!

Why they chose this property

My family has enjoyed renovating homes for awhile now and my daughter was inspired by this house and property close to downtown Olney. It's a touch of rural home on the outside and modern flare on the inside! We love to see these homes updated and returned to being a proud community member!
