Bring the whole family, including your fur-babies, to this newly remodeled home with lots of room for outside fun! The large lot located next to a small creek, has a ton of shade that makes it perfect for outdoor activities. The home is close to the main city park and pool, sports fields, and downtown shopping & eating - all within walking/biking distance. The house has 2 beds and 1 bath, 2 large garages to park in, and plenty of space for boats and trailers for the nearby lake or hunting.

Worked well for my friend and I. Close proximity to where we needed to be, garage was helpful and place was clean. Wish it had some kitchen knives for prepping meals. Host was very responsive to questions, would stay again

Well let’s call this a Bonus property because there are so many bonuses. If I lived in Olney, I would definitely purchase this home from Michael. But since I can’t live there, I will just have to rent it when I visit. The privacy is Fantastic!!! There is plenty of private back yard space and a perfect opportunity to grill, spend time reading, bird watching, etc. The two garages an absolute Bonus because we didn’t have to clean snow off the car in the morning. The laundry room, with free front load washer/dryer, was a plus. I was able to do my work projects and laundry, Fun-Fun. The property is walking distance from the park and if you want to be adventurous walk to the main street. Enjoy-Enjoy!
