Our stay was good at the property and check in was very easy. The home is old but renovated and decorated very nicely. It has niceties like k-cups, etc.Curb apeal not quite there as the neighborhood includes a few abandoned houses. The property was very safe and secure and included parking for our vehicles. The owner was easy to access and communicate with.
My brother’s and I made a quick visit to see family in Cleveland. The house was clean and spacious for our group of 10. Perfect for entertaining. Plenty of bathrooms and bedrooms to accommodate our group.
Had a family group staying for commencement celebrations at Case Western Reserve. Location was very convenient to the university. Dining area was great for seating for everyone. Agree with previous review--bring your own soap, shampoo, conditioner, and hair dryer!
House was as described. Plenty of space for all to not feel crowded. Bathrooms everywhere which was awesome. Host communicated well.and made access fast and easy. Would stay here again with my friends.

Nice getaway
Host was amazing! Answered all questions promptly and was so helpful. The house was what we needed for our trip and we all were able to have our own space. The 3rd floor was a teenagers dream and my kids really enjoyed having their own hangout space.

First, I did not receive any communication about checking in. I messaged the owner about 25 minutes before arriving and received the entrance code. We arrived in the evening and it was clear that the property had not been cleaned after the last guests - dirty linens, towels, dishes, bathroom, etc. I called the owner who quickly admitted that he and his partner essentially lost track of our reservation. He directed us to some clean linens to make our own bed for the night. At 2:00 pm the following day a cleaning crew came which was timely because we had 4 more guests coming that night. We used the property to attend a graduation at Case. The home has the bedrooms and bathrooms as advertised. It is 4 blocks north of the campus border. The block it is on is transitional- a house next door and a house across the street are vacant. It is minimally equipped - no soap for showers, basic kitchen pots and pans - and gas a few cosmetic issues (a little broken flooring, some missing lightbulbs, etc). There is no exhaust fan for the stovetop - the fire alarm went off once while cooking. Overall we needed a location with 4 bedrooms for 6 people to sleep, shower, make breakfast and spend a few hours of downtime in the afternoon on the porch (which is nice). This property did that for a fair price.
I didnt stay at this home. Because it wasnt inviting and the neighborhood was not welcoming. The house needs more updating and its next to an abandoned home.
This rental is as pictured. It is massive which allowed us, a large group of mid-30s friends in town for a friend’s wedding, to spend time together for a long weekend. It’s also a very affordable option compared to other rentals we looked at. It’s not the most luxurious and the fixtures, linens, etc. were not as high quality as some other rentals I have stayed in, but that was to be expected for the very reasonable price and it got the job done. We are grateful to have found this stay.
A group of 50- and 60-year-old friends gathered here for a college reunion. The place worked well for that purpose. Clean and roomy. The host was responsive to our needs for some additional kitchen items. Seems to be a quiet, gentrifying neighborhood that is convenient to the amenities we were seeking.
Having never been to Cleveland and driving into the the neighborhood we were a little apprehensive. The inside was clean and comfortable and we loved mornings out on the front porch. Overall we really enjoyed our stay here.
