The place is small, definitely only for one or two people, but has absolutely everything you need. Peaceful location, but very close to Panguitch, which has a great restaurant, surprisingly good-sized grocery, and cheaper gas than surrounding towns. The cottage was clean, the shower had plenty of hot water and great pressure. Small fridge, microwave, hot plate, even an instapot. Stacked washer/dryer. Murphy bed was really comfortable, a real plus after hiking all day in Bryce Canyon. 10/10 recommend this property.

Great location

Check-in process was simple. Location had easy access to parks and other rec. sites. Apartment could have been cleaned a bit more thorough. Other than that, a great overall stay.

Nice and quiet! The cottage would get five stars if it had a screen door for the refreshing breezes and great view. The TV was intermittent (not sure what I was doing wrong, but was casting to it just fine the first night). Maybe the remote needs to be reprogrammed? Internet was great. Need a can opener (prior guest? broke the handle off). Would definitely come back.

Everything about the property was described accurately, but the way Capital One Shopping deceives the renter is not appropriate. When I first clicked on a home I wanted to rent, Capital One Shopping took me to a different rental on the same property. It made it seem like I was renting the property I was viewing because it was in the same exact location and had the same host. Instead of getting the rental I wanted, I booked a much smaller rental that was too small for my needs. I feel the way it was marketed was deceiving. The property was too small for two people.
