Mountain house with two barns and a garden

In the listed hamlet of Chambéranger (Le Planay commune), a 10-minute drive from Champagny and Pralognan, 15 minutes from Bozel, and 40 minutes from Courchevel and Méribel, this chalet features two barns (approximately 200m² in total) and a fully enclosed, private garden with no overlooking neighbors and magnificent mountain views! Its prime location at 1250m altitude is ideal for skiing in winter and hiking or cycling the rest of the year. Plenty of wonderful moments await!

The chalet comprises, on the ground floor: an entrance hall, a laundry room with WC, a 17m² kitchen/dining room, a 14m² living room with a sofa bed, and a cellar; and upstairs: a landing, an 11m² bedroom with a queen-size bed and a chest of drawers, a 15m² bedroom with a queen-size bed, a desk, and a chest of drawers, a WC, a closet, and a bathroom with a bathtub, shower, and a balcony. There is a lovely, completely private, and fenced garden. An unheated 40m² barn contains a pool table, tables, chairs, and other furniture. You will also have access to the ground floor of a second barn, used as a ski room, as well as a garage located 350m from the house.

Cleaning is not included in the booking price, so you will need to clean the accommodation before leaving. If you would like us to take care of it, I can charge an additional €80 for cleaning, upon request in the Yaago app.
The two beds and the sofa bed are all 160x200 cm, and linens (sheets, towels, pillowcases, and tea towels) are provided as an optional extra, for an additional €20 per double bed. If you are interested in this option, you can request it in the Yaago app once your booking is confirmed. If you do not choose the linen option, please remember to bring your own sheets, 65x65 cm pillowcases, towels, and tea towels. Pillows, mattress protectors, and duvets will be provided regardless.
A baby cot is available in the first bedroom on the first floor.
Finally note that there is nothing on site for shopping, so you have to go to Bozel, Champagny or Pralognan, which is 10/15 minutes away by car.

Smoking is prohibited in the house and barns.
Pets are not allowed.
