2 Bedroom Deluxe Suite features a king-size bed in the primary bedroom, two double-size beds in the guest bedroom, a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room, balcony or deck, washer/dryer, and two bathrooms. Full kitchen with coffee and tea maker, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, cookware, and flatware. Convenient comforts include cable TV, DVD player, hairdryer, AM/FM alarm clock, and iron and ironing board. Max occupancy: 8, 1,053-1,280 sq. ft.

Guests have full access to all available resort amenities. Please note that amenity operations, availability, and hours are determined by the resort and may vary.

A daily shuttle is provided to the resort's sister property on Pompano Beach. This service departs from the resort at 9:30 a.m. and returns to the resort at 2:30 p.m. Please make sure you book reservations, as space on the shuttle is limited. Take a walk through Butterfly World, where millions of beautiful colors gracefully flutter freely. Plan to scuba or snorkel at the beach for an unforgettable underwater experience, or visit the Anne Kolb Nature Center to truly appreciate the everyday gifts we may take for granted every day.

Wyndham Palm Aire is located just 25 minutes from Ft Lauderdale Airport near lots of fabulous destinations. There is live harness racing across the street at Pompano Park, exclusive boutiques at Los Olas Boulevard, and the largest outlet destination in America, Sawgrass Mills Mall (Florida’s second most visited attraction after Orlando). Head further downtown to Miami – just a 40 minute drive.

A credit card is required for the refundable $250 security deposit requested at check-in.

Fees (e.g., parking or amenity fees) and deposits are set and collected by the resort and are subject to change.

As this is a timeshare property, you may be offered the opportunity to attend a vacation ownership meeting or timeshare tour. They may offer an incentive of free shows or gift certificates for restaurants. As our guest, you are in no way obligated to attend these meetings. Please be aware that any fees or costs associated with your voluntary participation is at your sole discretion and responsibility.

Please communicate the name and address as it appears on the photo ID of the (1) person who will be handling check-in at the time of booking. This is a requirement of the resort and helps to offer a secure and convenient check in experience for our guests. Please consider arrival plans so that whoever arrives first is able to gain access to the suite. The resort does charge $99 to change this information once it's been registered and the final confirmation has been sent.

The resort does their very best to ensure the suites are ready for check-in by 4 pm or earlier. However, sometimes housekeeping delays do occur. In these instances, the resort is happy to complete the check-in paperwork and store your luggage so you can relax and begin using the amenities. We are not able to offer compensation or refunds related to check-in delays.
