The residence has a private parking area with available spaces for residents. Access to the residence is private (automatic gate).

If needed, duvets and blankets are available in the accommodation (ideal for off-season stays).

Cleaning: This is included in your booking, and a cleaning company will come after your departure.

Pets: Not allowed out of respect for the neighbors.

Security deposit upon key collection: A credit card imprint will be taken at the agency reception.

The amount is equal to one week's rental.
