This peaceful studio offers a relaxing stay, with its small sun-drenched balcony and views of the mountains and slopes - ideal for 2 travellers or a couple with 1 or 2 children The living area has a double sofa bed and 2 single beds in the entrance , plus a small fully-equipped kitchenette. You'll enjoy the convenience of walking to the Manigod and La Clusaz ski areas. These are both very family-friendly resorts for the enjoyment of young and old alike (ESF lessons from age 3). Summer walks at the foot of the Plateau de Beauregard (classified Isola 2000).

Surroundings:
This flat is at the Col de la Croix Fry - almost ski in ski out in winter ( 5min walk to the slopes) and hiking in summer - on the heights of the family resort of Manigod in Haute Savoie - (the area is linked to the resort of La Clusaz). Ideally located close to small shops, a Spa , there are a few restaurants open during the summer and winter seasons - including the restaurant of famous chef Marc Veyrat taken over by his daughter - La Casa delicatessen , small Sherpa supermarket and other restaurants on the other side of the resort, in Merdassier.

- Nearest train station: Annecy station 55 minutes away by car, Lyon station 2 hours away, Bellegarde sur Valserine or Chambéry, both 1 hour away,
- Nearest airports: Chambéry Savoie Mont Blanc airport approx. 1 hour 20 minutes by car, Geneva airport approx. 1 hour 15 minutes, Lyon airport 1 hour 50 minutes.

Location and activities :
The village of Manigod is nestled in the heart of the Aravis Massif, a paradise for outdoor activities - an authentic resort surrounded by alpine farms - La Clusaz (10min), Manigod village (10min), Annecy and its lake (45min), Geneva (1h15) and Lyon (2h).
- Activities: In summer, take a refreshing dip in the outdoor small swimming pool 5 minutes' drive away (admission fee €3 adults, €2 children), after a family walk (numerous walks/hiking trails), mountain bike hire in the resort, summer tobogganing, paragliding, canyoning, climbing... In winter, you're almost ski-in, ski-out on the slopes of this family-friendly ski area, snowshoeing, sledging, Nordic skiing on the magnificent Beauregard ski area at the foot of the residence (from where you can see white Mont) and hiking, dog sledding, etc.
- Events : Tour de France, Yoga Festival at La Clusaz in early July, Lake Annecy Festival on the first weekend in August. Festival Au Bonheur des mômes at the end of August in Le Grand Bornand - many festivities to see directly with the tourist offices of Manigod, La Clusaz, Thônes, Le Grand Bornand.
