We have just spent a week at this spacious 2 bedroom apartment and have no complaints We have family in Fontainebleau so visit yearly and have stayed in a number of places over 12 years , this apartment suited us as our grandson likes to stay sometimes and extra bedroom handyIt is situated at the chateau end of Rue Grande so very handy to many restaurants, shops, Monoprix and market place , most a few mins walk away , plus the extensive and wonderful free gardens and forest of Fontainebleau chateau at your feet night and day It was extremely hot weather while we stayed , no aircon but two fans which once the windows shut helped , we opened the windows up in early hours of the morning and and coped somehow , it is expected in these old buildings and shutters helped We would hve liked a kitchen sink plug, bought my own in the end, some noise in the courtside shared with restaurant kitchen, but not a problem and it was quiet once during the night, we slept wellAlthough on the top(3 rd) floor we had no problem getting our suitcases up and down and we are in our 80s , but we travel light I can recommend this apartment, many thanks for having us
