Total luxury. Our 850 sq ft penthouse is full of extraordinary design upgrades with mountain views from every window. Enjoy the great room fireplace after a day of skiing at nearby resorts and high end linens for a peaceful sleep at the end of day. The large balcony with BBQ and dining seating is the perfect place to enjoy your home cooked meal or a cup of Java surrounded by rocky peaks. We are located in the highly desired Spring Creek village, just off the main strip in Canmore.

Spring Creek has gorgeous walking paths along a creek and over bridges with shops along the way. In a short ten-minute walk, you can be downtown Canmore strolling the streets with a mountain view. You`ll be about 20 minutes from Banff and an hour from Lake Louise. This location can`t be beat if you plan on enjoying all this area has to offer.

The condo was in a great location - afforded us great access to all that we wanted to do on our vacation to Banff/Canmore. The communication with our hosts was fabulous every time we had any questions - the condo exceeded all of our expectations. It was extremely quiet and would recommend it to any couple who wants the best Canmore has to offer.

We celebrated our 40th anniversary enjoying the beauty of the Canadian Rockies and this gorgeous and very clean condo! Amenities made the unit extra nice - everything we could have wanted and more. Although we did not use the bikes, the option of having them was great, as the Spring Creek area has numerous bike trails and walking paths- and is close to the Town Center. If we get back to this area again (this was our 4th visit!), we will definitely look at staying here! Well done! Thank you for making our special anniversary celebration even more special!

Great Townhouse

Great condo

We really enjoyed staying in Canmore. Lots of stuff to do within walking distance, and of course even more to do within a short drive. Parking and building access is very convenient. Condo is very clean, well furnished, and nicely decorated.

Canmore at its best

We absolutely loved our time in your beautiful condo. We certainly appreciate all the extras (ie. condiments, tea, etc) and the bottle of wine was a nice touch. The location is a great blend of tranquility in the mountains and walking proximity to the town centre for more options. We also have holiday rentals and I must say, yours is one of the best we have stayed in.

Canmore Stay

This place was immaculate and perfect for our stay! The owner was so thoughtful in every way!!! Have already recommended this place to other friends! My son and his wife ended up joining us for a couple of days and even said the sleeper sofa was the most comfortable of any they have ever slept on! I could not have been more pleased with the location!

Little Piece Of Heaven

We frequent Canmore as often as we can, but this was our first stay in Spring Creek. This property has it all..quick access to coffee shops, trails, bike access, pay it forward pantry in case you forgot something. I can honestly say this has been the best rental we have visited. Would absolutely recommend and stay again. Thank you for having us.

Incredible Stay

If we ever get the privilege to come back to Canmore we will be booking through Melissa and Sean again! We’ve stayed in this building before and love the parking garage, easy access to elevators and nearness to downtown. The rental came with a Parks Canada pass which was so nice! We used it almost everyday. Coffee, filters and other essentials were already stocked. You will not be disappointed!

We absolutely loved our stay. While we were out and about hiking most of the time, it was wonderful to have a clean and comfy spot to return in the evenings. We particularly enjoyed the fireplace and heated bathroom floors to warm us up after the cool evenings out. The kitchen was well outfitted for all our needs. Having morning coffee with sunrise on the mountain peaks visible from the living room was amazing. The walkability of the location was fabulous. The Market downstairs was well stocked for short term cooking. We ate at Bridgette Bar, MineShaft Tavern, and the Stirling, all within the Spring Creek commune were very please. Also an easy want to downtown for more options, either by the community sidewalks or the Policeman Creek Trail. The only thing for consideration next time would be ensuring we got a smaller rental car. The parking garage is great for weather protection but the spaces are rather small for a full-size SUV or truck. We were traveling with a larger group and needed 6 seats this time, but next trip it would be a non-issue to get a smaller car for 2. Loved our time in Canmore, Banff and beyond. Definitely recommend the penthouse and all the experiences around it.
