Located in the heart of Canmore, our roomy 1100 sq. foot (100 sq. metres) and private two-bedroom condominium is a pleasant 5 minute stroll to groceries, shops, restaurants, and pubs. The condo has top-notch finishing: hardwood floors, granite countertops,and travertine tiling. The spacious condo supplies excellent, unimpeded views of the Fairholme Mountain Ranges. Our unit also fronts onto a mountain creek, providing a very private, serene, yet convenient haven—the ideal base for your Rocky Mountain adventure!

The apartment is heated and cooled utilizing environmentally friendly state-of-the-art geothermal technology. The condo has in-floor radiant heat, which makes for a very comfortable environment.

The apartment comfortably sleeps 4 people, with a queen-size solid-wood bed and matching furniture in the master bedroom and a solid-wood queen bed with matching furniture in the second bedroom. Quality linens and down duvets are provided. The en suite bathroom to the master bedroom is 5 piece (2 basins, toilet, shower, and decadent soaker tub), while the main bathroom contains 3 pieces (basin, toilet, and shower). Towels are also provided.

For your convenience, there is secure underground parking with a locked storage area for all your essential toys (e.g. golf clubs, skis, boards). Entry into the building is also secured with key cards.

When you’re ready to relax after a day of adventure, our luxury apartment comes equipped with comfortable furniture, a river rock gas fireplace, 40' LCD TV, and blue-ray DVD player in the living room. Or enjoy your music on our CD stereo player with iPod dock. The master bedroom also contains a 32' flat screen TV for your viewing convenience.

You can also relax over a meal around our solid birch dining set. We provide matching dinnerware & cutlery. Our kitchen is fully equipped (stove/oven, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, pots & pans etc.), so cooking up a storm should be no problem. An in-suite high-efficiency washer and dryer makes doing laundry easy and convenient.

Consume the incredible view on our deck, complete with BBQ and bistro seating for four, and enjoy a serene moment over a cup of coffee or a glass of wine. The balcony and windows overlook a mountain creek and allow for breath taking vistas of the towering Lady MacDonald and Grotto peaks and the imposing Fairholme Range.

If hiking or skiing hasn't tired you then the facilities in the well-equipped exercise room (elliptical trainer, tread mill, stationary bike, free weights, weight machine, exercise balls, wobble boards, and more) may do the trick. Or perhaps a leisurely game of pool in the games room is more to your liking?

Great location in Canmore. The condo was current, clean, and had everything we needed. Beautiful view of the mountains and streams. Loved watching the elk saunter down the street outside our window!

The condo we rented from Kim was amazing. Beautiful, clean, well-stocked, and perfectly-situated to see and do everything we needed to for a great week in Canmore and Banff. The next time we visit, we won't have to waste a minute finding a place to stay!

Home away from home in beautiful setting

I have stayed in the Rundle Cliff complex several times, and this was the nicest condo by far. Kim goes the extra mile to make it a comfortable and effortless stay. Quiet, peaceful and well-equipped. I particularly appreciated that there are spices and other cooking items so you don't have to worry about stocking up for a short stay. Condo is well-located, only a few minutes walk to Main street, grocery stores, lots of restaurants and shops. Extremely convenient to have a large size washer and dryer, and everything else you could possibly need for a week in the mountains. Indoor parking in the winter is also a plus! Highly recommend and we will be back.

Great location, great condo, great hosts

This was the fifth time we have stayed in one of Kim's condos, and it gets better with each stay. This Condo is ideally situated in Canmore within easy walking distance to all the restaurants, and grocery stores and other amenities. It has great underground parking which in the Winter is great for loading and unloading skis etc. The Condo itself, is very well equipped, is comfortable for 4 people (even six) and has great views of the Rocky Mountains. Kim and Greg are great hosts, go out of their way to ensure that you have a great stay, and are very accommodating to your needs. As I said, we have stayed here a number of times and plan to come back in the summer and the winter for many years to come.

Fantastic condo

There were 4 couples in our group, 2 stayed in this condo, 2 in another. The views from this condo are amazing. The condo is beautifully decorated, the kitchen is very well stocked, the furniture is nice & comfortable, a secure wi-fi is provided, having the washer & dryer in the condo was convenient, bathrooms very nice and beds comfortable. We loved the secure underground parking. The condo was convenient to town so we walked there almost every day. The picnic tables & benches by the stream right outside the condo bldg. made for a relaxing place to sit and chat with our friends we traveled with. A park pass was provided which we appreciated since we needed one every day. Kim was a pleasure to work with and responded quickly when we emailed or called. We highly recommend this condo!

Fantastic Condo!

This was our 2nd trip to Canmore. On our first trip, we stayed right in town and it was a bit noisy. This location is the best of both worlds! It's a very short walk to town but feels very removed and peaceful. The views are spectacular. The condo is spotless, well stocked and very comfortable (including the beds). Kim was very, very responsive and easy to reach. We appreciated the bottle of Prosecco upon our arrival. We look forward to visiting again.
