Perfectly located just a few steps from the central beach of Bidart, this charming contemporary house delights with its welcoming atmosphere, large landscaped garden, and its heated swimming pool*. Bathed in natural light, it offers 250 m² of spacious and flexible living areas, in a peaceful setting just moments from the ocean and the heart of the village.



LIVING SPACE



The ground floor opens onto a bright living space featuring a lounge with piano, a dining table, and an open kitchen. A second room is arranged as a TV lounge. Large bay windows extend the house seamlessly outdoors to a beautifully landscaped 380 m² garden, equipped with two large tables for al fresco dining, a ping pong table, and a heated lap pool. The entire house is air-conditioned for optimal comfort.



THE BEDROOMS



The house offers five bedrooms spread over two floors, all designed to adapt to the needs of every guest.



On the ground floor, three flexible bedrooms can be configured as a 90 cm single bed, a Kingsize double bed,two twin beds, offering comfort and versatility. Two of these rooms share an independent bathroom, while the third features a private shower room and its own terrace.



Upstairs, two master suites complete the sleeping area: one with a 140 cm double bed and en-suite bathroom, the other with a Queensize bed, its own bathroom, and mountain views.



THE "PLUS"



Its exceptional location just one street from the central beach and a short walk from Bidart’s restaurants is a rare advantage. Full air conditioning, a heated pool, and a ping pong table enhance the comfort and enjoyment of your stay.

The property allows parking for up to three vehicles within its grounds.

The central beach and Uhabia beach are less than a 3-minute walk away. Bidart’s center, with its shops, cafés, and restaurants, is also just a 5-minute walk. Ilbarritz golf course is an 8-minute drive, as are the coastal trails and renowned surf spots of the Basque coast.
