The ground floor opens onto a bright living space featuring a lounge with piano, a dining table, and an open kitchen. A second room is arranged as a TV lounge. Large bay windows extend the house seamlessly outdoors to a beautifully landscaped 380 m² garden, equipped with two large tables for al fresco dining, a ping pong table, and a heated lap pool. The entire house is air-conditioned for optimal comfort.



THE BEDROOMS



The house offers five bedrooms spread over two floors, all designed to adapt to the needs of every guest.



On the ground floor, three flexible bedrooms can be configured as a 90 cm single bed, a Kingsize double bed,two twin beds, offering comfort and versatility. Two of these rooms share an independent bathroom, while the third features a private shower room and its own terrace.



Upstairs, two master suites complete the sleeping area: one with a 140 cm double bed and en-suite bathroom, the other with a Queensize bed, its own bathroom, and mountain views.
