Our exceptional house with a swimming pool will delight even the most discerning among you. This architect-designed house is just steps from the center of Plaisance, 15 minutes from the Arc-en-Ciel highway loop, 20 minutes from Toulouse-Blagnac Airport, and at the gateway to the Gers, Cominges, and Pyrenees regions, and 30 minutes from downtown Toulouse. The house features a large 60 m² living/dining room/kitchen on landscaped grounds with a garage and an unheated swimming pool. On the first floor, there is a very comfortable master suite with an en-suite shower room and a queen-size bed (160 cm). Upstairs, there are three bedrooms with built-in wardrobes, each with a double bed (140 cm) and memory foam mattresses, an accessible terrace, and a bathroom. It's the perfect place to gather with family and friends for any occasion. In winter, you can go skiing in less than 1 hour 30 minutes, just as in summer you can go canyoning in the Pyrenees or go to the sea in less than 2 hours.
