Wonderful stay

We enjoyed our stay absolutly. we went by subway and so it was fast to the center. Recommendable, maybe in summer a little bit too hot, but in autumn we had no problems

Perfect location, good place to stay for a visit of LIS

- Nice and big apartment - Equipment are perfect, all you need - Lot's of restaurants and shops nearby - Metro, bus just next to the place - Max 30' walk and you reach the see side (city center) - Aiport to aparmtent by metro max 30'(direct line with red 8' walk from Alameda, or change line red+green Arrois 3'walk). With taxi less than €10 I stayed for 1 month and it was just perfect ! Nice suprise also at arrial, with a welcome bottle + some cookies. Will for sure take it again for my next trip to LIS. Thanks to owner + Miguel.

Real Lisbon

Had a wonderful week staying in this spacious apartment. Beautiful old building which has been tastefully renovated. The lift to the fifth floor was very welcome after a day wandering the cobbled streets of Lisbon. The apartment itself was a good size with all mod cons in the kitchen. The master bedroom was massive with wonderful views over the Lisbon rooftops. Breakfast on the balcony was a relaxing way to start the day. The neighbourhood was blessed with authentic pastelaria & it was great to integrate with the locals over a coffee and custard tart (or two). Happy memories.

Great location in Lisbon

The apartment is well located, easy access to the Metro, around the corner from 2 grocery markets and we even found an indoor farmers market with great produce & seafood about block further away. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking in and having a dishwasher is wonderful. The building has a small elevator, which was very nice to have for getting luggage to the apartment on the first day, last day and when carrying groceries back from the market. The only negative about the apartment is the primary bedroom is on the front of the building on a fairly busy street, so when we kept the doors open for a cooling cross breeze there was quite a bit of street noise a couple of nights, however we were able to pretty much drown it out using a white noise app on our phones.

Horrible!

We arrived in mid December. No heat. Told to set it at t ‘5’. Not one worked. We were told walking distance to restaurants. When we got there the greeter told us only one good one. Also the hot water was sporadic Also flights of stairs to get to apartment There was a terrible smell. Told to open the window .. tough since it was December and no heat. Also apartment was shabby. We left and checked into a hotel. I guess anyone can put up pictures on internet. Years ago there was a company called home away. They previewed all the properties This was a nightmare

Splendid apartment in authentic district

For my last visit to Lisbon I automatically stayed in the city centre and in retrospect, it was a mistake. The town gets very noisy at night, mostly from loud tourists.. not the locals. Especially rubbish if your travelling with kids I guess. I decided to book somewhere a little more authentic this time and didn't regret it. The different feeling outside this apartment is immediately apparent. Here you will find locals going about their daily business, restaurants that are not targeting tourists, and all the amenities you could possibly want. There is also a beautiful old fruit and seafood market round the corner and plenty of excellent eating possibilities, in the neighbourhood, all substantially cheaper than in the center.. this really made a difference to our budget. The bakery/delicatessen next door serves splendid coffee, sandwiches and cake - a great place for breakfast. And because the locals are not overrun by tourists, they are very friendly and open, not chasing you to sell something. As to the apartment itself - trés chic! Bright and roomy, all designer fittings and clearly recently renovated. There was plenty of space for everyone to relax - and the balcony is big enough to have dinner on. The three seperate bedrooms also don't have adjoining walls, a bonus for those of us who like their peace. The two bathrooms was important for me (I like undisturbed long showers! :) I thoroughly recommend downloading Uber - the journey into town costs about €2,50 for four people and makes it the cheapest way to get around. The cars are clean and the drivers are always accommodating and friendly. All in all a most excellent trip. Many thanks to the Abrantes sisters and their great recommendations.. we will be definitely be back.

Es war einfach perfekt

Die Beschreibung der Unterkunft entsprach den Angaben. Eigentlich wurden unsere Erwartungen noch übertroffen, denn die Unterkunft war einfach toll und sehr individuell, geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Dadurch haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung liegt nicht direkt im Zentrum, was uns sehr entgegen kam, denn dadurch hatten wir etwas Abstand von den Menschenströmen in der Stadt. Die Anbindung ans öffentliche Verkehrsnetz ist perfekt- Bus und Bahn ist fußläufig sehr gut erreichbar und wir waren in kürzester Zeit in anderen spannenden Stadtteilen und dem Zentrum der Stadt. Wir hatten eine richtig tolle Woche in Lissabon und kommen gerne wieder und würden dann auch gerne wieder in dieser so liebevoll eingerichteten Casa übernachten. Danke!

L'appartamento è arredato con gusto, è dotato di tutti i confort ed è talmente accogliente che ci si sente come a casa propria; la zona giorno è ampia e ariosa e i letti sono comodi. Si trova vicino alla fermata della metro che porta velocemente nel centro della città. Negozi e supermercati sono sotto casa.

Super Kombination !!!!

Wir waren 1 Woche in Lissabon. Es war eine superschöne Erfahrung, auch wegen der sehr besonderen Wohnung. Sie liegt sehr gut, um auch zu Fuß zu diversen Sehenswürdigkeiten zu gelangen. Aber auch weiter entfernte Ziele ( für uns: Estoril und Sintra) sind bequem zu erreichen, weil die U-Bahn quasi vor der Haustür abfährt. Die Wohnung ist sehr besonders eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht, um auch Mal zu Hause zu essen. Aber in der Umgebung gibt es viele gute Restaurants, sodass wir oft außerhalb gegessen und den Spirit des Viertels genossen haben. Danke an Miguel für die Empfehlungen. Auch alle Dinge des täglichen Bedarfs sind "vor der Tür" zu finden. Unser Highlight war jedoch, dass ein im Treppenhaus verlorenes Portemonnaie buchstäblich an die Wand geklebt wurde, samt Inhalt von einigen Euros und Karten. Ein sehr anständiges Haus, das zudem auch sehr gepflegt und ruhig ist. Wir können die Wohnung uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Geräumiges Appartement in zentraler Lage

Das 3-Zimmer Appartement liegt im 5. Stock im Bezirk Penha de França in Lissabon(Aufzug vorhanden). Sehr zentral gelegen bietet es ein idealen Ausgangspunkt für Städtetouren und Ausflüge(Haltestelle Arroios). Das Appartement hat eine Prima Ausstattung das an nichts vermissen lässt (incl. Waschmaschine, Spüler …und Grundausstattung zum Kochen). zwei Lebensmittel Geschäfte um die Ecke incl Bäcker. Tip top gepflegte , sehr sauber und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das große Schlafzimmer geht zur Straßeseite (Fenster halten den Verkehrslärm aber gut ab) an sonsten ist die Wohnung sehr ruhig. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen..

We were very pleased with our stay. Miguel was over the top friendly, provided all the information we needed, and was a very welcoming presence. We felt super comfortable knowing he was only a phone call away should a need arise. The neighborhood was very comfortable, convenient to markets, and about a five minute walk to the metro stop, and mere steps to some of the bus lines. i would not hesitate to recommend to anyone wanting to stay.

Wonderful stay!

This was such a special property in a location that is great if you want to be out of the touristy areas but close enough to walk to them. With bakeries, grocery stores and restaurants all within close walking distance, it was perfect. The apartment was a big part of the vacation and was so nice to come back to after a long day of exploring to sit on the balcony outside with coffee or wine. The huge tub was also a nice luxury! Decor was really modern, fun and everything you could need for your stay was provided. Being on the top floor, the view was spectacular with the bedroom doors open. Although on a busy street, we didn't have any issue with noise and enjoyed the location. The property host was super and met me upon arrival to show me the place and share what was nearby. The 5 floors of stairs were actually welcomed after several days of popping into bakeries too often but there was a lift if needed. Highly recommended place to stay and a big part of our wonderful trip!

Lovely apartment

Thank you Carla and Ruiaka for letting us take part of your beautiful apartment! We loved every minute of our stay! The apartment looked just as in the photos. The kitchen was fully equipped (with more stuff than you would expect!) we worked remotely from the apartment and the wifi was fast and reliable. Our hostess Ana did a wonderful job during our whole stay and was very helpful and responsive - thanks a lot for making our stay in Lisbon the best, we’d love to come back one day!

Breathtaking apartment in central Lisbon

The apartment is absolutely beautiful, clean and right in the center of Lisbon. When we arrived, Miguel greeted us and showed us the flat. He was very friendly and helpful and gave us many amazing tips on what one must see when in Lisbon. The kitchen is perfectly equipped so ideal for people who like cooking at home and enjoying their meal on the beautiful balcony with a fantastic view. For people wanting to eat out, there are more than enough excellent cafes and restaurants near the apartment where you can eat traditional Portuguese food, fresh fish and the delicious pastel de nata. I would recommend this apartment to anyone wishing to go to Lisbon wanting to experience an authentic city life, yet still wanting a beautiful stay where one can relax and feel at home after a long day of walking through the charming city. Our stay was absolutely amazing and we are very much looking forward to coming back soon!

Great appartment, Great location

If you want a place out of the touristic area, this is the right place! The apartment is fantastic and has everything you need and more. We were welcomed by Miguel and we couldn't ask for better host. He explained everything to us and gave us many suggestions of place to see and what was interesting (or not) in Lisbon. There are two grocerie stores around the corner and the metro station is 10 minutes walking distance from apartment. The apartment is located on the fifth floor but there is lift (very appreciated for the luggages or at the end of day walking the city). There is a nice balcony where we enoyed having a coffee in the morning or a drink at night. I strongly recomment this place!

Wonderful apartment in residential non tourist area of Lisbon. Easy access to metro

Miguel is a fabulous host. Very responsive to our concerns, and very helpful for information and recommendations on attractions. Beds very comfortable, but there was a pervasive sewer smell certain times of the day. Owner had plug in room scents in each bathroom, but we removed these due to sensitivities. Not sure if it’s a problem specific to this apartment, or the building. Other than this complaint, apartment is spacious, well equipped, and very functional, except for hall bath door which didn’t quite lock when closed. Also some noise from adjacent apartment remodel. But good value considering size and amenities. Lisboa denizens very helpful and friendly. Restaurants very reasonable and good quality! Many nearby.

Die perfekte Bleibe, sowohl für einen Kurz- als auch Langzeitaufenthalt! Alles entsprach der Beschreibung, die Betreuung, auch vor Ort, war sehr herzlich, hilfsbereit und unkompliziert. Die sehr liebe- und geschmackvoll eingerichtete, helle Wohnung ist komplett ausgestattet und liegt - Gott sei Dank - etwas abseits des touristischen Trubels, in einem Local-Viertel. Alle Geschäfte für den täglichen Bedarf sind direkt vor der Tür: Supermarkt, Tante Emma Läden, Biosupermarkt, Bäckereien und Delikatessgeschäfte, u.v.m. Der Weg ins Zentrum ist kurz, der Blick über die Dächer, vor allem bei Sonnenauf- und untergang, grandios und der Balkon herrlich groß. Wir haben unseren fast dreiwöchigen Aufenthalt sehr genossen und werden bestimmt wiederkommen.

Ich habe selten so wunderschön gewohnt und mich rundherum wohlgefühlt! Alle Angaben im Inserat sind korrekt, die Fotos spiegeln das hochwertige und geschmackvolle Ambiente perfekt wider. Einrichtung und Ausstattung aller Zimmer sind absolut hochwertig, modern, stilvoll und gleichzeitig funktional. Alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt, ich habe mich rundherum wohlgefühlt. Atemberaubendes Apartment

Phantastische Wohnung in ruhiger Gegend, abseits vom Trubel der touristischen Altstadt. Offenbar frisch renoviert, ist alles vorhanden, um sich auch länger im Apartment aufzuhalten, zu kochen, zu entspannen. Genug Platz, um sich nicht auf die Füsse zu treten, zwei Bäder und voll ausgestattete Küche. Komme gerne wieder!
