Authentic south-facing 3-bedroom farmhouse in the middle of the forest.

Our south-facing farmhouse overlooks the forest and Casteil Castle. The view stretches all the way to the mountain ridges and Spain (twenty minutes away).
You will have access to a private area with two separate terraces furnished with garden furniture, a summer kitchen with a plancha grill and all the equipment you need to make delicious paellas.

The swimming pool, a typical old pool, offers the opportunity to take a dip, and you will be tempted to stroll to the river or explore the forest (we have 12 hectares and paths in the undergrowth). A games area with a pétanque court and badminton net is at your disposal.

The three-bedroom house (renovated in 2021 and 2015) on two floors is laid out in such a way that everyone can enjoy privacy and rest. The 57 m² master bedroom with office opens onto the forest and offers a unique view of the Château de Casteil. With two entrances, the house opens onto terraces, the swimming pool, the garden and a small pond (with koi carp). Here, we run in the mountains, go mushroom picking and fish for trout. No roads cross the property. The access road and car park are private.
