This typical Istrian stone house from the 19th century has been expanded for your summer vacation with a modern wing, a swimming pool, and a sauna with a garden studio. The house features three air-conditioned bedrooms, three double beds and a futon bed, two large bathrooms, a separate toilet, a kitchen, and a spacious living room with a fireplace and a large window overlooking the garden, olive trees, and two awnings providing shade. Please let us know if you would like to use the sauna (for 2 people) for an additional charge of €50.

The perfect get away

There were four of us and we loved the space we all had. The main house was spacious and comfortable with everything we needed. One couple stayed there and my husband and I stayed in the addition which looked out onto the new pool which we used every day. The thing we loved most was the outdoor kitchen with built in fireplace for cooking. As there was a huge pile of wood , the four of us cooked there almost every night, getting fresh fish or other meat at the market. It was partially enclosed with ceiling fan and equipped with small refrigerator, stove top, sink, cabinet with dishes, pans etc. and looked out onto the pool. We did use the house kitchen too and enjoyed breakfasts at the picnic table outside . The grounds are nicely gardened so everywhere you choose to sit is beautiful. Andreas was very helpful with suggestions for towns to visit , places to eat and things to do. We really appreciated his attentiveness to us. I love going to places on the roads less travelled so I was thrilled to be in the countryside. The scenery is gorgeous and the people were very friendly. Our favorite towns to visit were Groznian and Revinj. Took a boat ride out to see the dolphins in Revinj and though we didn't see many that evening, the sunset out on the water made up for it. Andreas and Miry's place was near the Adriatic which gave us many opportunities to enjoy the water. We even drove into Piran in Slovenia to a beautiful beach where we swam in the sea. My husband was able to get in his runs there and the rest of us took lovely , scenic walks. All of us highly recommend this beautiful property and we would love to go back ourselves.

schönes Haus und super Wetter

Schönes Haus, ruhige Lage, kleiner Supermarkt ca. 2,5 km entfernt. Wein und Olivenöl kann man dort in der Nähe probieren. Orte wie Porec und Novigrad in ca. 25 min zu erreichen. Strand und Meer ebenfalls in der Zeit erreichbar. Alles in allem ein schöner Urlaub.

Perfektes Haus für den Urlaub in Istrien.

Wir waren einen ganzen Monat in Andreas' Haus und es hat den Langzeittest gemeistert! Es übertrifft fast noch die Angaben und Fotos im Inserat und wir waren wirklich begeistert. Alles ist liebevoll ausgestattet, funktional und sauber - wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Außenküche am Pool ist das absolute Highlight, was wir kaum verlassen haben. Es war eine tolle Zeit und wir würden sofort wiederkommen. Außerdem ist Andreas ein toller und aufmerksamer Gastgeber, der uns jederzeit für Tipps&Fragen zur Verfügung stand oder Anregungen gegeben hat. Danke dir!

Well located charmingly renovated stone villa with nice view

Charmingly renovated property that is very well located to explore the wineries of Istria and be in easy reach of Motovun, Buje, Groznjan, and Porec (Rovinj just under an hour on the motorway). Host provided some helpful hints for quality local restaurants and, if you are in the mood to cook yourself, would have suggested fishmonger and butcher. The pool is lovely to look at, however, unheated (known in advance). Strategically planted olives trees and shrubberies provide privacy yet allow for lovely view. Beds are comfortable, air-con in bedrooms. Might upgrade the towels, drip coffee maker and add clothes dryer) to "kick it up a notch". Quality Bosch oven, dishwasher and fridge. We learned to time our showers to allow for adequate quantity of hot water. Overall, good show at this price point.

Traumhafter Urlaub

Das Objekt entspricht den Bildern und ist sehr gut gepflegt. Andreas ist ein äußerst engagierter Gastgeber. Wir haben uns in "unserem Haus" rundum wohl gefühlt - der Pool ist absolut herrlich und mit der Stufe, auf der die Kleinen stehen können, auch für kleine (Noch-)Nichtschwimmer nutzbar. Das wunderbare Istrien kann man sehr gut erkunden - fast alles ist innerhalb einer halben bis einer Stunde erreichbar. Im ruhigen Mini-Dörfchen gelegen, ist das Haus dann der perfekte Rückzugsort zum Relaxen. Danke, Andreas, für diese wunderbare Zeit!

Beautiful cottage

We had a fabulous stay in such a beautiful, peaceful, modern and very cool cottage. It has been brilliantly designed with so many places to relax and unwind. Andreas was super helpful and checking in and out was seamless. The only downside was that we enjoyed it so much that we didn’t want to leave!

Das Haus ist geschmackvoll renoviert und die modernen Anbauten fügen sich wunderbar ins Gesamtbild ein. Ausstattung, Komfort und Sauberkeit ließen keine Wünsche offen - wirklich perfekt. In dem von Olivenbäumen umgrenzten Garten hatten wir eine erholsame Zeit, wobei hier auch der große und super gepflegte Pool erwähnt werden muss, der vor allem unseren Kindern gut ankam. Der Besitzer war immer für uns erreichbar und gab uns super Tipps für Ausflüge in die Umgebung. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Tolles Objekt für einen erholsamen Urlaub. Der Pool sorgt für Kühle an heißen Tagen. Einzig, eine Klimaanlage mehr in einem Schlafzimmer könnte noch mehr sein. Toller Gastgeber, der sofort reagiert, wenn man eine Frage oder Problem hat. Gerne wieder.

2 Schlafzimmer sind mit einer Klimaanlage ausgestattet, das dritte mit einem Ventilator, dafür großer Schiebetür mit Mückennetz um es auch nachts offen nutzen zu können. Vielen Dank Oliver für euren Besuch und schön, dass es gefallen hat. Hoffentlich bis bald

Sehr schönes Haus in sehr ruhiger Lage

Wir waren mit 2 Kindern eine Woche in diesem wirklich sehr schönen Haus Eigentlich sind es ja 2 Häuser. 1 Haupthaus mit Schlafzimmeranbau und ein Haus am Pool. Beide Häuser sind mit viel Liebe zum Detail und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet , man fühlt sich sofort wohl und kann vom ersten Tag an komplett abschalten und entspannen. Die schattigen Olivenbäume und der Pool runden das positive Gesamtbild ab. Auch sonst fehlt es an nichts und ca. 20 Min. zum nächsten Strand sind kein Problem, wenn man das Haus verlassen will ;-) Wir können einen Aufenthalt zu 100% weiterempfehlen.

Wonderful hideaway

We enjoyed every single minute staying in this old Istrian stone house together with its new spacious extension. The house easily hosts six people, it is very tidy and the equipment is brand-new. The new swimming pool, although relatively small, is very nice, in particular at nights with starlit sky. Andreas is very friendly and rather helpful, ckeck-in and check-out went very smoothly. The location is indeed pretty remote, but that only adds to its special character. Still, within walking distance (500 m) there is a very nice winery, Rossi, that has a tasty Malvazija among other wines, but also Grappa, Gin and Cognac. We certainly like to come back again.
