About this property

Holiday house Casa Marina in the nature reserve above Lake Garda

Our detached bungalow in an absolutely quiet location with a romantic lake and mountain view is 600 meters above the western steep bank of Lake Garda.
The 60 square meter bungalow is located in a nature reserve.
The spacious living-dining area invites you to linger on the beautiful couch. Satellite TV, stereo and WiFi are available.
The dining area is designed for 6 people.
We have three bedrooms with 2 beds each (a double bed, a bunk bed and two single beds).
For colder days there is a good pellet stove in the living area. Pellets can be bought at the local supermarket.
A cozy barbecue evening by candlelight and a view of the illuminated eastern shore of Lake Garda and the Monte Baldo Mountains let you forget the stress of everyday life.

In the kitchen there is the most necessary to be able to prepare all meals
(Fridge, coffee machine, microwave, stove with four hot plates and oven, kettle, dishes and cutlery and much more).
Another pampering program in the complex includes a community pool with a children's pool. During the summer holidays, entertainers organize an entertainment program for children every day.

Location and location of our holiday home:
The holiday complex "Sunclass Bungalow's" is located in the climatic health resort of Tignale on a plateau on the western side of Lake Garda between Limone and Gargnano. The municipality of Tignale consists of 6 districts. The main town of Gardola is about a 20-minute walk from the bungalow complex.
The place has numerous restaurants, shops, bank, pharmacy, first aid station and gas station. An oil mill that offers guided tours every week.
The Sanctuary of the Madonna di Montecasello can be reached on foot or by car.
Other destinations in the neighboring municipalities and around Lake Garda (Sirminone, Gardaland, Monte Baldo, Riva, waterfalls) make the holiday an experience.
A trip to Venice, Verona or Milan is also possible.

The area also invites you to relax and recharge your batteries at the pool in the complex or at the lake.
Beautiful hikes in the mountain landscape as well as countless sports opportunities such as B. Mountain biking, canoyning, windsurfing and more. v.m enrich the vacation.

Das Objekt befindet sich in einem Bergdorf, ca 8 km vom Gardasee entfernt. Es liegt weit höher als der See.

Die Beschreibung passte zur Ausstattung des Bungalows. Die Terrasse war wirklich wunderschön, mit Blick auf den Gardasee. Es war sehr ruhig und entspannend.Leider war der Bungalow nicht wirklich sauber. Spinnweben an Stühlen, selbst der Staubsauger war voll Spinnweben und im Bad war gefühlt gar nicht geputzt. Wir haben unter der Couch die Chipsreste unserer Vorgänger weggesaugt. Leider war die Terrasse auch nicht gereinigt. WIr haben erstmal gekehrt und die Liegen gesäubert.Der Bungalow liegt direkt am Hang, daher riecht es tatsächlich etwas modrig. Die Poolanlage ist wirklich toll, sauber, groß und es gab immer Liegen. Auch der Stand für Getränke war super und das Personal freundlich.Insgesamt eine schöne Anlage, leider getrübt durch den nicht genutzten Bungalow.

Unser Aufenthalt im Ferienhaus Casa Marina am Gardasee in Tignale war hervorragend! Das Haus bietet eine ruhige Lage mit traumhaftem Blick auf den See, ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und vollständig ausgestattet. Besonders genossen wir die Abende auf der Terrasse.

Tolle Aussicht

Wir waren direkt von der schönen Aussicht begeistert die man von der Terrasse hat. Trotz einiger Tage mit schlechtem Wetter hatten wir einen schönen Aufenthalt und haben uns wohl gefühlt. Die Ausstattung des Hauses war sehr gut. Das einzige Problem war, dass man im Haus die Feuchtigkeit der Umgebung wahrnehmen konnte. An schönen Tagen wurde es auch direkt besser, daher gehen wir davon aus das die Feuchtigkeit von Außen gekommen ist. Insgesamt haben wir unseren Aufenthalt genossen.

Der Ort ist sehr schön, der Brötchenservice ist ne super Sache, einfach und unkompliziert. Als unsere Wohnung einen nicht gereinigten Eindruck machte, haben wir es gleich gemeldet. Aber ne Entschädigung gab es leider nicht. Und es kam auch keiner zum Reinigen vorbei. Schade! Wofür dann Reinigungskosten bezahlen??? Haben dann selbst geputzt um es etwas sauber zu haben :((( An der Rezeption kamen wir super mit deutsch durch. Daumen hoch für den Urlaub (außer dem Putztag am Anfang)

Schönes kleines Haus mit toller Terrasse

Wir kamen ca.22.30 an und den Schlüssel hatten wir umgehend durch den Safe an der Reception,allerdings hätten wir es ohne fremde Hilfe wohl bis heute nicht gefunden.Die Lagebeschreibung ist eine einzige Katastrophe und wenn dann auch noch die alte Hausnummer angebracht ist wird es auch nicht einfacher, Das Haus ist sicherlich etwas in die Jahre gekommen,aber wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt auf den 60 qm.Sehr kleine Zimmer aber zum Schlafen mehr als ausreichend.Betten waren OK ! In der Küche ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt und Geschirr ist in ausreichender Menge da. Die Terrasse ist der Hammer - sehr groß und super gemütlich und alles da was man benötigt - gute Sitzmöglichkeiten ect. Zum Pool an der Reception sind es bergauf dann doch 10 minuten aber dann kann man die schöne saubere Anlage mit Tischtennis und Kicker umso mehr genießen. Das Haus ist ca.15 minuten autofahrt durch endlose Serpentinen vom Gardasee entfernt . Malcesine mit Fähre ab Limone richtig toll. Canyoning Adventure - was für mutige,aber richtig toll !! Wanderung vom Haus aus auf den Gipfel Route 253 ca.1 3/4 Std.mit Gastronomie von 10-16.OO Uhr richtig schön .

schwieriger Start mit weiteren Hindernissen

Bei Ankunft war das in die Jahre gekommene Objekt nicht gereinigt und in einem unzumutbaren Zustand. Die Reklamation in der Verwaltung hat zumindest dazu geführt, dass nach ca. 1 Stunde Wartezeit eine Reinigung stattgefunden hat. Dies führte dazu, dass zumindest dann 2 Stunden nach Ankunft ein - wenn auch etwas widerwilliger Bezug - möglich war. Nach einer eigenständigen "Tiefenreinigung" samt Desinfektion und Bettenbezug war dann klar, dass wir nach 10-stündiger Anreise 1 Nacht im Bungalow verbringen (müssen). Die weiteren Reklamationen (Wespennest auf der Terrasse und nicht abfließendes Wasser im Waschbecken im Bad) wurden dann anstandslos und zeitnah bereinigt. Aufgrund des persönlichen Einsatzes und der dann wirklich traumhaften Lage inkl. sehr sauberer Poolanlage haben wir unseren Frieden "gemacht" und sind die Woche geblieben. Ein zweites mal werden wir diesen Bungalow sicherlich nicht mieten!!!

Erholung pur!

Sehr schönes naturnahes Ferienhaus oberhalb vom Gardasee mit viel Grün, die Wege sind bergig, sollte man bei Urlaub mit Kindern beachten. Der Pool war sehr sauber und von einem Bademeister bewacht, sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal an der Rezeption. Das Ferienhaus ist zweckmässig liebevoll eingerichtet, die Schlafräume und das Bad sind klein, aber die wunderbare Terrasse (ab Spätnachmittag im Schatten, was im Sommer nach der Hitze des Tages sehr erholsam ist) mit Blick auf das Ufer und den Gardasee sind traumhaft. In der gut ausgestatteten Küche findet man alles, was man braucht. Die Anfahrt von der Uferstrasse über die Panoramastrasse zum Ferienhaus geht über Serpentinen mit tollen Ausblicken ca 6-8 km den Berg hoch. Wir haben den Urlaub und die Ruhe in der Casa Marina sehr genossen.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche in dem schönen und sehr gut gelegenen Bungalow! Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit ebenso die Verwaltung. Wir können das Objekt nur weiterempfehlen!

Fast alles wie versprochen ....

Leider sind der kleine Supermarkt und das Restaurant in der Ferienanlage geschlossen. Auch der Pool wird am frühen Abend geschlossen. Diese Informationen bekommt man erst vor Ort! Ärgerlich war, dass der Fernseher für zwei Tage ausgefallen war und das Internet ab dem zweiten Tag nicht mehr funktionierte. Eine Abhilfe konnte vor Ort nicht geschaffen werden. Wichtig: Was man nicht auf den Bildern sieht gibt es auch nicht. Es gibt z.B. Keinen einzigen Schrank in der angeblich auch für lange Aufenthalte geeignete Appartement. Bis zum Urlaub reagiert der Vermieter umgehend auf Mails, seit dem kommt keine Antwort mehr. Mal sehen, wann und ob die Kaution erstattet wird. Aber man darf sich den Urlaub nicht schlechtreden: Wir haben eine sehr schöne Woche in einer traumhaften Gegend verbracht, extrem gute Restaurants gefunden und die Stimmung immer aufrecht gehalten. Es muss jeder für sich entscheiden, was ihm wichtig ist. Mit drei Kindern wäre ein Fernseher und das extra gebuchte Internet hilfreich gewesen um als Eltern zwischendurch einmal kurz ausspannen zu können. So hatten wir halt 7 Tage Vollgas :-)
