The holiday house was renovated in January / February 2017 and equipped with new high-quality furniture. The house has on the ground floor a large living room with a modern open kitchen and attached terrace over which also the garden and pool can be reached. The living room also has a niche that can be used as office work space, comfortable sofas, electric fireplace, electric radiator, separate laundry room with WC, sink, dryer & washing machine, as well as the staircase leading to the basement.
The terrace is connected to the kitchen and has sun awnings, a chill out lounge, a large dining table for 8 people and an electric Weber grill. In the basement are 2 bedrooms with 180 cm wide double beds and bathroom ensuite as well as two bedrooms with 2 single beds each and a bathroom on the corridor. Through the hall, the garden in the 6 sun lounges as well as the nearby beach can be reached quickly.
In addition to air conditioning in each bedroom, as well as in the living, dining room (heating and cooling), the tenant WIFI, SAT TV and a parking space are available on the property.
The beach access is via a private supply route.
