Cable TV and a stereo system with CD player are provided. The kitchen is equipped with a 2-plate ceramic hob, microwelle with grill, toaster, water cooker, coffee machine and refrigerator with freezer compartment as well as sufficient dishes. Attractive new bathroom. Internet for a fee. (Stick) In the lower floor is a washing machine which you can use by coins. All important things you need to live like baker, bank, post office, supermarkets, excellent gastronomy, as well as university, theater, old town, train station is in the immediate vicinity.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr gut, ruhig und nah zur Altstadt. Es sollte in der Beschreibung deutlich sein, dass es sich um ein Studio handelt. Das Zimmer ist geräumig und okay. Enttäuscht hat uns der Balkon, der nicht ansprechend ist. Mülleimer und Putzsachen machen es nicht gemütlich. Die Aussicht auf den Parkplatz ist auch nicht so toll.
