Family vacation

I would not recommend - Key used to be a good choice in Biarrtiz, but now the quality of service you get with them is a disaster, rude concierge and outdated apartment (which was not refirbushed for last 5 years). Never again!

KEYWEEK is a disaster

I used to be a loyal client and rented with KEYweek for more then 5 years, the service has deterriorated and apartment got shabby, and it feel that nobody cares. We rented 3 different apartments this summer and it was consistently bad service, inexperienced check in people who work 2 day in the company and dont know anything, rude concierge lady who is pushing you, bad cleaning in the apartments, outdated furniture with 0 improvements over 5 years. Never again - sorry Keyweek, you were good long time ago but you have to do something with your business and attitude towards clients!

2eme fois que nous séjournons dans cet appartement en famille en été. Très spacieux, lumineux, agréable à vivre et un emplacement imbattable pour les halles/centre ville et la plage des côtes des basques. Situé sur un carrefour il y a certes un peu de bruit mais le double vitrage est très efficace. Les ventilateurs dans chaque chambre et la pièce de vie sont un vrai plus. On y retournera !
