Apartment in excellent condition, modern and refined decor. Spacious 130m² offering 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a very large living room with a brand new, fully equipped kitchen. All dishes and appliances are provided, as well as linens. A balcony off the bedroom and a large balcony off the living room/kitchen allow for al fresco dining for two. Located 300 meters from the beach and 300 meters from the Intermarché supermarket, and 150 meters from the fruit and vegetable market. Leave your car behind during your stay. A charging point is available in the private garage, with direct access from the garage to the apartment.
