This house is perfect for a getaway with friends or family! Our house Is less than ten minutes from many breweries including Normal Town, Creature Comforts, Academia, and Athentic Brewing. The Botanical Gardens and the Georgia Museum of Art are also both within 15 minutes of the home.

And of course, it's a great spot for game days in Athens, less than two miles from Sanford Stadium and a five minute drive to downtown.

Very convenient location for Game Day activities in Athens. Property was as advertised. Older home but recently remodeled. Check In process was easy and owner communication was timely. Would stay again.
