A 1940’s Austin stone bungalow nestled in a tropical landscape is a retreat to the outdoors with private hot tub, a large deck, inviting tiki room & refreshing pool. This rustic 1,475 sq ft home is a peaceful getaway in the city surrounded by lush & tropical landscape. An open floor plan with tiki decor & masks, bamboo ceilings & French doors leading to the outdoor tiki room, patio, Celtic Spa hot tub & pool extend the peaceful living space.

*Conveniently located 5 mins from Bishop Arts District.

*Living & dining - Wood burning fireplace, 43" TV w/ Netflix, French doors, and dining for 6

*Master BR- king bed, 1/2 bath, 43" TV w/ Netflix.
*Second BR- queen bed, 40” TV & work desk - 1 gig wifi
*Access to Queen Air-Mattress in Living Room

*Kitchen- Wolf stove, micro-w, prep table, large fridge

The home is located in Kessler Plaza, in historic N Oakcliff just 10 minutes West of Downtown Dallas. Houses noted for picturesque cottages and Austin stone bungalows were developed between the 1930's to 1950's. Access to interstates I-30 & I-35 are a quick 5-10 minute drive. The bustling Bishop Arts entertainment & dining area is 5 minutes to the East. You will find many attractions such as: Downtown Dallas, American Airlines Center, Dallas Convention Center, Cowboys stadium, Six Flags, Texas Rangers stadium, the Medical District, Dallas Zoo, Design District, Oak Lawn, Cedars/Southside District, Knox-Henderson, Lower Greenville, Fair Park, Deep Ellum, Sixth Floor Museum, Uptown & more within in a 10 to 25 minute drive.

Great location! Very quiet neighborhood, a quick drive will get you just about anywhere you want in the Dallas area. The place was very clean and had plenty of towels, blankets, etc. I love that each bedroom had a fan for those who like white noise while they sleep. We loved getting in the hot tub in the evenings. Very private backyard.

Super fun place, great backyard and plenty of room for working, chilling or entertaining. All of the amenities that you could need. Great location to Uptown/Downtown. Close to Bishop Arts Neighborhood.

Great place to stay!

We had an incredible time staying at this charming bungalow in Dallas! The space was clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated. It had everything we needed for a relaxing stay – fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, and plenty of room for our kids to run around and enjoy themselves. The backyard was a nice touch, perfect for family time.The location was ideal – close to all the major attractions in Dallas, yet peaceful enough to unwind in the evenings. Our host was so welcoming. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.Highly recommend this bungalow to anyone visiting Dallas!
