Beautiful home to stay. The neighborhood is so nice and quiet. Rooms are big and the beds are very comfortable. The house is very spacious and the living room is large for a family trip.

2025 Family Vacation

The absolutely Beachy is amazing! The rooms are perfect for large families. The main floor is Huuuuge and allows everyone to spread out. The decor is perfectly beachy. The pool and hot tube were a big hit for the younger family members.

Family Vacation

There was 19 of us ranging from 2-79. It was nice to have the space to spread out in. Bedrooms with private baths gave the couples privacy. Family enjoyed the pool & hot tub.amazement was attentive when needed.

This house was absolutely beautiful. Very spacious we all had our own space but also plenty of dining space to come together as a family. The pool was perfect for the kids while we grilled and the beach is only a couple of minutes away. The property manager responded quickly with answers to all of our questions. 10 out of 10

Nice property, excellent communication

Nice location, not far from the beach. Downside not close to much else. House was very clean. Everything operated as it should. Prickett properties was very quick to respond to my emails. Do not stay here if you cannot handle a lot of stairs.

Beautiful

The house and pool were amazing. The maintenance people were very nice. Our only problem was with the listing description, price and property manager. The description for the 5 bedrooms and 10 bedrooms and price were the same. Therefore, we thought we had access to the whole house because nothing was locked up. Contacted property manager about an issue and was told don’t use the whole house and we would be charged for doing so. She was very rude. We weren’t the ones who didn’t lock up part of the house or wrote the listing wrong.I will say Vrbo was very helpful with the problem.

Great property for large group, huge living room, lot of sitting areas, good size kitchen with two refrigerators and two dishwasher, lot of crockery. Pool was great fun for hot summer. Hot tub was good but it switched off very quickly, something was off with the timer. This is all good but would like to point out few things which if improved would be a great benefit to future visitors.1. Houses is big and good but lacks character, minimalist decorations, has potential to be decorated as a nice beach house. 2. Other than crockery, there is nothing provided in the Kitchen- no coffee pods, no dishwashing liquid, no scrubber, only 1 roll of kitchen paper towels. No salt/ pepper. 3. No extra toilet paper rolls other than the one already on the stand. 4. Some bathrooms had shampoo and body wash. Some had conditioner but no shampoo. Very small packages. 5. Didn’t notice about the Pet fee while booking, then ended up paying 60 per day plus taxes as pet fee per pet. 6. No flexibility on early check in or late checkout. Everything costs extra money on per hour basis. For early check in they asked for 50 per hour of check in before 4 pm. 7. No beach towels or beach accessories 8. No extra blankets. Overall still a good property, very expensive but amenities not commensurate with the per day rate you pay, was expecting much fancier property at that cost.

We were here at the end of May with several family members and everyone had a wonderful time. This property is very close to many eateries, directly across from the beach and is extremely spacious! Each evening we enjoyed the private pool, especially ‘no closing time’ for the pool. A huge bonus was the extra parking space.
