Wide avenues lined with coconut trees, landscaped paths, relaxation areas, a natural massif allowing you to admire the sunset over Saint-Gilles-les-Bains, its port, and its lights every evening via a private path… a rare place where nature, calm, and luxury come together.

Villa Lucie is an elegant architect-designed house conceived for family or friends' stays, combining modern comfort and immersion in nature. Located in the heart of lush vegetation, it offers an intimate and preserved atmosphere, ideal for recharging in complete tranquility. Its elevated terrace, private garden, and suspended pool create a true cocoon of relaxation, with an unobstructed view of the surrounding nature.

The villa has 4 bedrooms with 4 bathrooms, allowing everyone to enjoy their own space and privacy. The elevated panoramic living area bathed in natural light invites shared convivial moments, while the fully equipped modern kitchen makes it easy to prepare meals and breakfasts. For optimal comfort, Villa Lucie is equipped with air conditioning and Wi-Fi, and each bedroom has a TV, so everyone can relax as they wish.

To make your stay even more pleasant, you will find on site a brasero , a speaker to set the mood for your evenings, as well as a practical rice cooker for everyday meals. Families traveling with children benefit from a baby cot, a high chair, and a changing table, for a hassle-free stay. Foutas (beach towels) are provided according to the number of occupants, and a Nespresso coffee machine as well as a filter coffee maker allow you to enjoy your coffee as you like it, complemented by a citrus juicer for fresh juices upon waking.

Villa Lucie, inspired by the airy architecture of Villa Leonard, thus offers a more intimate and vegetated version, ideal for those seeking design, comfort, and connection with nature.

Cleaning is included in the rental, and high-quality hotel-grade linen is provided (sheets, bath towels, tea towels).

We thank you for taking care of the accommodation as if it were your own. Any damage or deterioration may result in a deduction from the security deposit.

Cleanliness & waste management
Please respect the sorting instructions by using the appropriate containers:
Household waste: classic bin
Selective sorting: recyclable packaging (plastic, cardboard, etc.)
Glass: to be placed exclusively in the glass recycling bins provided for this purpose
It is forbidden to leave garbage bags in common areas or outside the accommodation.

No smoking
The accommodation is entirely non-smoking, including near windows. Please smoke outside and dispose of your cigarette butts in ashtrays, without leaving them on the ground.

Respect for neighbors
Out of respect for the neighbors, we thank you for limiting noise, especially between 10 PM and 8 AM.

Guests & events
Parties and gatherings are prohibited, unless prior authorization is granted for a specific event (wedding, baptism, etc.). The number of occupants must not exceed that mentioned in the reservation.

Safety & energy saving
Please remember to:
Turn off lights, air conditioning, and electrical appliances when leaving the accommodation
Close windows and lock the door before your departure
On the day of your departure, please:
Leave the accommodation clean and tidy
Take out the trash
Do the dishes or start the dishwasher
Return furniture and objects to their original place

We have implemented a personalized check-in process, supervised by a dedicated reception manager.

Prior contact: Your reception manager will contact you 3 days before your arrival to organize your visit and answer any questions you may have.
Check-in (arrival): Arrival time: between 2 PM and 4 PM (for arrivals after 8 PM, an additional charge will apply upon request) Upon your arrival, you will be welcomed at the accommodation for a personal key handover. An inventory of fixtures (état des lieux d'entrée) will be carried out with you to ensure transparency and peace of mind.
Check-out (departure): Departure time: before 10 AM. On your departure day, a departure inventory of fixtures (état des lieux de sortie) will also be carried out, along with the return of the keys.
