Welcome to Violets at the Cape! This lovely open concept home with updated furnishings in the desirable Yacht Club neighborhood. We are 0.7 miles from the Yacht Club and boathouse tiki bar. As soon as you enter the home you will love the beautiful views through the large sliding doors on the rear of the house. The living room hosts a large sectional and ottoman as well as a 65 in smart tv and is open to the fully stocked kitchen and dining area. The rear family room features 2 cozy nooks, one with 2 oversized chairs and ottomans and the other with a plush day bed perfect for reading. We love taking naps there with the sliders open. The sliders open to the screened lanai where you can enjoy outdoor dining at a beautiful and comfortable table that seats 6. The inground pool is a nice size and has benches built in for relaxing. Outdoor shower is great for rinsing off after a nice swim or cleaning sand off of toys. All 3 bedrooms are tastefully decorated with a queen size bed, dresser and 32 in roku smart tv. All tvs are ready for you to login to your favorite streaming apps. This home is equipped with extremely reliable Fiber internet. The backyard features some lovely plants, a gas grill, amazing canal views and a nice sized dock. The dock is perfect for fishing, visiting by the gas firepit and lounging watching the fish under the water at night with the fish light. The home is all one level and the laundry is in the garage. There is 1 small step up onto the front porch stoop and the family room sits lower therefore there is a very small step up to the living room and to the 3rd bedroom.
