Cocoonr agency offers this charming 62 m² flat for rent in Schiltigheim, which can accommodate up to 4 travellers. Located on the 1ᵉʳ floor (with lift), it comprises a bright 29 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, two good bedrooms and a shower room (with shower). Wifi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels included, we're just waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
- A 29 m² living room with TV, sofa and dining area
- An open-plan kitchen with appliances including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Bedrooms 1 and 2: with a double bed (140×190)
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC
For added convenience, the owners provide the following additional equipment: washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- An 8.9 m² balcony, south-facing so as to benefit from good natural light for most of the day, with furniture to make the most of the fine weather.
The flat is ideally located in Schiltigheim, in a very pleasant and quiet environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

- Walking and relaxing: Parc de la Robertsau, ideal for jogging or relaxing
