Casa Silencio is an oasis of tranquility. Guests feel at home because of the beautiful interior design, the groomed garden and the support by the owner. The house is very suitable for families with kids, the private pool is only a minute walking away. The kitchen is very well fitted. Fast fibre Internetconnection makes it a great place for home office workers. The garden is quite large, well mantained and has shady and sunny relaxing areas. This popular home with many regular guests lies strategically between Corralejo, Lajares and Villaverde.

Great stay

Loved our stay at Casa Silencio. Host Ben is great, easy to communicate with and really customer friendly. The house is super clean and a quiet place to stay. Will come back!

The accommodation was mostly acceptable for us and cannot fault the host who was friendly, informative, very helpful and responsive to any questions.We just felt that certain things just needed freshening up a little, namely more comfortable sun beds and some kitchen items need adding like a food blender and maybe more food storage items.

Absolutely brilliant. Wanted for nothing.

Just returned from a four week stay here. Could not fault it in any way. From the warm welcome we received from the owner Ben to the superb way in which the house is fitted out, we wanted for nothing. As a couple of seasoned Canary Islands visitors during the winter months this villa was without doubt the best equipped we have had. Comfortable sun beds and outdoor furniture were most important and didn't fail to impress. Inside the villa large comfortable beds in both bedrooms and good quality lounge/diningroom furniture give the villa a homely feel. I can do no more than highly recommend it and assure any one considering booking it you will not be disappointed. Even Bens list of recommended restaurants in Corallejo was perfect. Each one we used was excellent.

Meine Frau (68 J.) und ich (73 J.) waren von Anfang bis Ende begeistert. Das Haus entspricht in allen Punkten voll und ganz der Beschreibung. Ben ist ein fürsorglicher und hilfsbereiter Vermieter.

Top Ferienhaus in ruhiger und zentraler Lage

Wir haben einen rundum gelungenen Urlaub in diesem tollen und äußerst gepflegtem, sauberen Ferienhaus verbracht. Das Haus ist bestens ausgestattet und die Lage ist ruhig, aber dennoch zentral. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war immer sehr freundlich und die Organisation seinerseits sehr professionell. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können dieses Haus nur weiter empfehlen!

Ciao a tutti! Avviamo passato le vacanze con mia famiglia in questa fabulosa casa, idèntica alle fotografie, acogliente, bella, a di tutto, lavatrice, lavastoviglie,etc... essencials quando vai per un po di giorni i con bimbi! Spazio fuori curato i fantastico per i bimbi e ragazzi, anche per gli adulti che vogliono rilassarsi! El propietario Ben una persona encantevole, sempre disponibile, buoni consigli per le spiaggie, mercato, ristorantini, negozieti, etc.... in fine un 10! Da ritornare! Laia, Paolo e Nil

Schönes Haus in Superlage

Casa Silencio hält was es verspricht! Wer Ruhe und Erholung sucht ist hier richtig. Das Haus ist wirklich ruhig gelegen, man ist aber auch mit dem Auto in wenigen Minuten in Corralejo und an sehr schönen Stränden. Das Haust ist sauber, gepflegt und modern eingerichtet. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Zum Haus gehört ein schöner Garten, ( mit Tisch, Stühlen, Sonnenliegen, Grill usw.....) , den wir schon morgens zum frühstücken genutzt haben. Wir haben alles so vorgefunden, wie im Inserat beschrieben und uns dort sehr wohlgefühlt. Benno ist ein netter und zuverlässiger Vermieter, die Hausübergabe hat prima funktioniert , Info´s zu Ausflugsmöglichkeiten und Veranstaltungen gab´s von ihm auch. Alles in allem..... 5 Sterne!!

Gepflegtes Haus - netter Vermieter

Casa Silencio - kürzlich renoviert, sauber, hell und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, mit gut ausgestatteter Küche, in schöner Umgebung - die Beschreibung und Bilder des Vermieters sind absolut zutreffend. Der blickgeschützte Garten bietet Platz für eine Sitzgruppe und Sonnenschirm, die Grillmöglichkeit neben dem großen Ficus und ausreichend Sonnenliegen auf der Terrasse und unterm schattenspendenden Sonnensegel. Eine schöne Rückzugsmöglichkeit ist der Balkon, dort kann man z.B.abends bei einem "Sundowner"die letzten Sonnenstrahlen genießen. Der Gemeinschaftspool ist nicht weit entfernt und der Supermarkt auch gut zu Fuß zu erreichen; das gastronomische Angebot in der Nähe leider sehr begrenzt. Wer also eine ruhig gelegene Unterkunft abseits des touristischen Rummels sucht, erholsame Tage in angenehmer Umgebung verbringen möchte und kein Problem hat mit dem Auto zu den Stränden oder in die Nachbarorte zu fahren ist hier gut aufgehoben und wird von Benno bestens betreut. Die Formalitäten, Schlüsselübergabe liefen reibungslos, er hat Restaurant- und Ausflugstips parat und ist sympatisch, unkompliziert und wirklich bemüht seinen Gästen den Auffenthalt angenehm zu gestalten! Wir können Casa Silencio wärmstens empfehlen

vacanza bellissima in una casa fantastica

La casa si trova in un'ottima posizione nel quartiere Tamaragua, poco fuori corralejo; è ben equipaggiata, luminosa e tranquilla. La zona esterna è ben curata e organizzata, l'ideale per i barbecue e i giochi dei bambini, insomma non manca nulla! Il proprietario Ben è fantastico: disponibile, simpatico e pronto ad aiutarci per qualsiasi esigenza, dalle necessità in casa ai consigli su ristoranti, mercati o attrazioni dell'isola. Grazie Ben, speriamo davvero di poter tornare ancora in vacanza da te!!!
