EL ALOJAMIENTO
Casa independiente de una planta, con piscina privada climatizada y una amplia terraza solárium rodeada de un bonito jardín con vistas a las montañas de los Ajaches y al océano Atlántico
La casa dispone de aire acondicionado, wifi, aparcamiento privado y está totalmente amueblada y equipada para 6 personas.
La casa tiene 2 habitaciones: una habitación principal con cama de matrimonio, aire acondicionado, doble armario vestidor y cómoda y baño completo en suite; una habitación con dos camas, mesilla y armario empotrado; un despacho con dos camas, mesilla y cómoda; y un baño común completo con bañera y ducha.
La terraza tiene una zona cubierta con porche, mesa de comedor y 6 sillas, piscina climatizada, amplio solárium con 6 hamacas para tomar el sol, una barbacoa, y se encuentra rodeada de un bonito jardín con iluminación artificial, con excelentes vistas a las montañas y al mar y en la que podrán disfrutar de total intimidad.
La cocina es independiente, está completamente equipada (nevera, congelador, horno, vitrocerámica, microondas, lavavajillas, cafetera, hervidor de agua, batidora y tostadora) y tiene un cuarto de lavandería cerrado y cubierto equipado con lavadora, centro de planchado y tendedero.
El salón es independiente y tiene mesa de comedor y 6 sillas, sofá y dos sillones, aire acondicionado, ventilador de techo, televisión digital, televisión satélite y DVD, y además tiene un jardín interior.
Y, si fuese necesario, la villa dispone de cuna y trona para bebés.
La casa dispone de alarma como medida de seguridad adicional.

EL ENTORNO
La casa está en la solicitada zona de Las Coloradas (Urbanización La Granja), muy bien situada y en una zona muy tranquila y con total privacidad.
La casa tiene magníficas vistas a las montañas de Los Ajaches y al océano Atlántico y está muy bien situada a sólo 600 metros de la playa de Las Coloradas desde donde comienza el paseo marítimo que bordea la costa y por el que se puede ir andando hasta el centro del pueblo de Playa Blanca que se encuentra a 2.500 metros.
Y asimismo la villa está muy cerca de las playas de Papagayo (1.500 metros), del puerto deportivo Marina Rubicón (1.500 metros) y de la playa Dorada (2.000 metros)
La casa está además en una zona muy tranquila, privada, y exclusivamente residencial (Urbanización La Granja), sin bares ni tiendas en los alrededores que causen ruido, y a 400 metros de un supermercado donde los clientes podrán comprar todo lo que necesiten durante su estancia.

La casa tiene entrada independiente y se encuentra totalmente amurallada y en la terraza (donde está la piscina y el solárium) podrán disfrutar de magníficas vistas y total intimidad.

An information book would have been good. And Amenities improved. When we arrived we couldn’t entre as the outside gate was lock. So we had to wait for the lady cleaner to come let us in it until 21.40pm. Then there was a sound of water running which turned out to be the broken family bathroom toilet. That could not be fixed for four days. Then still not fixed properly when we left. This meant we had to all share the en suite therefore we as the couple had no privacy. As our (83 year old friend ) uses the toilet three time in the night. Spoiling our holiday. Their wasn’t even a bottle of drinking water left for us on arrival. Or couple off tea bags or coffee as arrived late. We had to rush to the closing shop just made it. The property had no feel of luxury. Where should I start. The patio door shutters were off the roller and broken. It took the two men in the party to open them. It felt like living in a darkened room. It felt there had not been much maintenance. These are issues that the owner seemed to be aware off accordingly to emails received from him. It would have made our stay much easier If these were acted on before our arrival. What a shame it could be shush a nice house

Gaining access was a nightmare,arrived at the villa at 6.30pm got in the villa at about 9.30 pm, i was not given the lockbox code that should have been sent to me before we arrived, so this meant sitting in the dark waiting for for help from the owner or the property manager, finally after many messages the owner emailed me the code for the lock box but not the house alarm so needless to say as we opened the door the alarm went off it was so loud we couldn't stay inside,after it was finally deactivated we went back in. never heard from the manager for the whole of our stay i thought he might be in contact to see if all was good after all the hassle we had the night before but nothing.i wouldn't say this was a luxury villa but it has everything you could need for a pleasant stay.the pool was a lot smaller than the photos show but again it was adequate. the shops are a lot further away than 400m more like 800m or a good 12 minute walk at a steady pace. there is an air con unit on the outside of the main bedroom wall for the villa next door which comes on intermittently through out the night we found it quite loud when going to sleep but once asleep it did not wake us.There is no folder with info as we have had in previous villas i.e., cab numbers, things to do places to go which if you have not been to the area before is very helpful.the fuse board kept tripping at random times very frustrating. Overall we had a lovely holiday despite the hassle on arrival.

We've stayed in Playa Blanca several times now over the summer. This time, we opted to stay for 1 month, and the pricing for this villa was attractive. As other reviewers have noted, describing it as a luxury villa is probably a stretch. It is nice overall, spacious, and has a good outdoor area. Internally, it's a bit tired and not as well equipped as other villas. The location, at least on Vrbo, isn't particularly accurate. It's further away from the coast, though walkable to the marina and to the nearest SuperDino. We had an issue one night with a flood, which was due to a burst pipe. In fairness to the property management company, they had someone with us within 30 minutes, despite it being 2am. The water was shut off in the ensuite bathroom to prevent any further flooding. The following morning, a plumber was on site. So, great credit and we were glad of getting the issue fixed promptly. These things can happen!The pool was well maintained and kept clean throughout the duration. The cleaning service was mostly just a change of towels and bedding, so we did some extra cleaning ourselves.As mentioned, the outdoor area is nice and spacious. It's a pretty quiet location for the most part. The road behind the villa is set back quite a distance and there isn't much traffic on it. There isn't defined parking for the villa and, nearer the end of the stay as summer visitor numbers increased, parking close to the villa became more problematic.

We really enjoyed the house.Exceptional location, great amenities.Very well organized.A huge thanks for the « basis stuffs » we found in the villa as salt, pepper… so much appreciable to have toilet paper and soap when we arrived.Great quality of bed, towels, and nice to have towels for the swimming pool.Perfect temperature of the swimming pool (essential with a kid:-) and air conditioning was very useful.Manuel was very responsive as well.In a nutshell fantastic stay !Nevertheless few points of improvements:- need to change the transat/ not confortable, not cleaned and very old fashioned- we did not find water to clean the terrace; indeed with the Sahara wind there was a lot of dust outside and we were not able to clean the hallways near the swimming pool.- very noisy pump just behind the head of the bed in the master bedroom. Probably noise comes from the neighbours/ their swimming pool pump? But I m quite sure the issue will be fixed swiftly. That was an issue to be honest but we used ear plugs. My family and I felt in Love of Lanzarote and this charming house!!!

Enjoyed our stay

We were led to believe that this was a luxury villa and although it was very nice certainly not luxury. On arrival there was no one to meet us to tell us the key safe code but went around the back where door was open. There was not enough crockery for 6 people only 3 mugs so we had to go out and purchase more and although we contacted the owner no refund has been given. The hairdryer broke half way through our 10 days and the owner was quick to get us another one. And although we had paid extra for the pool to be heated somedays it was very cold which we did mention to owner and he sent someone out, and although it did improve still not very warm. The villa is in a good location of a walk to the Marina which took about 40 minutes but we think it is essential you have a car. We used the barbecue once but had to clean it before use. It was quite chilly whilst we were there and di not have to use air conditioning at all and we were very grateful of the blankets that were in the cupboard. Also in the garden area there were only 4 sun loungers but maybe they bring more if there are 6 of you. Could have done with some nice soft cushioned sofas to sit on as the garden is quite large.

Ist schon in die Jahre gekommen

Das Inventar ist schon sehr starke Gebrauchsspuren, die Sitzmöbel auf der Terrasse sind durchgesessen ebenso die Couch im Haus. Die Lage ist schön aber das Haus sollte gründlich renoviert werden wie die beiden Nebenhäuser.Die Wegbeschreibung war eine Katastrophe und total ungenau

Lovely quiet place

Great place, quiet but 5 minutes from shops and a 10 minute walk to the Rubicon Marina. Address is a but tricky as the street sign for Calle Cyca4 is missing, there is a notice board on the wall where it should be that has a map showing the property. Overall we had a great stay.

Lekker ruim vakantiehuis voor 2 stellen

Leuk vakantiehuis in een rustige omgeving waar nog gebouwd wordt, maar waar je geen last van hebt. Lekker kunnen genieten van het mooie weer bij 24 graden, terwijl je weet dat het thuis sneeuwt. Daarnaast liep het contact met de verhuurder vlot, prima en duidelijk.

Lovely villa, great location within walking distance of lots of lovely restaurants and only 5€ in a taxi to Playa Blanca. We all enjoyed, would definitely recommend.

Nice villa, quite remote and could do with some TLC!

Nice property. Air con works well and kitchen is clean etc as are bathrooms. Outside could do with some TLC as it’s quite worn, as are the settees. Pool is well maintained during stay. Owner is super helpful. Amenities are further away than listed, area is quite remote. Definitely recommend a car hire.

Ein erholsamer Urlaub

Das Haus ist sehr schön und auch die Lage mit seitlichem Meerblick. Wir als Familie haben den Urlaub sehr genossen und konnten hier so richtig runterfahren. Es ist alles da, was man benötigt. Einige Dinge sind schon in die Jahre gekommen und sollten mal erneuert werden. Rundum hatten wir einen sehr schönen Urlaub.

Vacaciones en Lanzarote

Casa en lugar tranquilo de Lanzarote perfecta para disfrutar de las playas de la zona de Papagayo, y si no te importa conducir un poco, tambien del resto de la isla. Las camas comodas y la piscina estupenda. La corriente abriendo las ventanas proporcionaba una temperatura muy agradable. Zona muy residencial y tranquila.

Wir waren 7 Tage in dem Ferienhaus und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, der Privatpool war der Highlight was noch schön wäre wenn der Pool Abends beleuchtet wäre aber das ist meckern auf hohen Niveau. Es ist eine sehr ruhige gegend zum Entspannen, wir sind Sonntags abgereist normal bis 11:00 raus aber da danach keine anreise war konnten wir gehen wann wir wollten das nenne ich Kundenservice. Dafür alleine 5 Sterne

Tolle Abwicklung! TOP sauber!

Die Villa ist super sauber! sogar Putzmittel etc vorhanden! Agentur SEHR bemüht! 5* ! Lage ist genau beschrieben. Mietauto unbedingt nötig! Die Villa ist etwas älter als alle anderen - Einrichtung etc. Leider kein Sonnenschirmständer vorhanden. Der gesamte Eindruck war SEHR! SAUBER! Alle anderen Häuser sind NEUER renoviert. Vermieter - Agentur ist EXTREM bemüht jeden Wunsch zu erfüllen! ISeparat ist für Poolheizung und Klima 200,- BAR vor Ort zu errichten, was aber auch kommuniziert wird! Ich war sehr zufrieden!

Stupenda in tutto !!

The ad classified describes exactly the house, we found it clean and well equipped. We stayed in low season using the pool every day; the quiet and silence of the evening were very pleasant and appreciated. the house is 8 minutes walk from the supermarket and is 10 minutes drive from the marina area. what to say.... Excellent !!! L'annuncio descrive molto bene la casa; l'abbiamo trovata pulita e ben attrezzata. Abbiamo soggiornato in bassa stagione usufruendo della piscina tutti i giorni; la quiete e il silenzio della sera sono stati molto piacevoli ed apprezzati. La villa dista 8 minuti a piedi dal supermercato ed a 10 minuti di auto dalla zona del porto turistico; cosa dire.... ECCELLENTE !!!
