Surrounded by a pine forest, very close to the fine, almost private sandy beach, idyllic and secluded is the holiday home Philippos with a total of 3 flats. The holiday home is surrounded by a large, unspoilt plot of land with olive and orange trees on a gentle slope above Fteroti Bay. From the terrace and the garden of the house you have a beautiful view of the sea and the nearby small islands of Amouliani and Diaporos. On the ground floor of the holiday home there are two adjoining flats, Philippos 1 and 2, each with its own side entrance.The upper floor flat is used for other purposes.

Bright, friendly and tastefully furnished holiday flat Philippos 2, with direct access to the terrace and garden. Adjacent to the living/dining room is the open-plan kitchen area with a view of the sea and the garden. Next to it are two bedrooms with a shared bathroom. Ideal accommodation for families with children who appreciate seclusion and nature close to the sea. The fine sandy beach is within easy walking distance. The access to the sea is gently sloping. 2 sun loungers are available to guests on the beach.

We had a lovely stay. The apartment is spacious, beautifully decorated and located in a serene environment surrounded by pine and olive trees. There are 4 apt units in the house. The beach is a 2 min walk down through the olive grove, it is sandy with shallow and easy entrance, perfect for kids. Dirt road that leads to the house has some bumps and holes, so it is a rocky ride, but it's short. Overall a great experience.

Wir waren mit unseren Kindern 3 + 5 Jahren für zwei Wochen Ende September in der Unterkunft und hatten einen wunderschönen, entspannten Urlaub. Die Unterkunft war sehr schön, insbesondere der großzügige Außenbereich mit Meerblick hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Ausstattung ist gut mit sehr gut funktionierendem Kühlschrank, Gefrierfach, Backofen und Herd. Ein Flaschen- und Dosenöffner fehlte leider. Es war genug Bettwäsche und Handtücher für 2 Wochen vor Ort (mit einmaligem Wechsel). Im Kühlschrank lagen 2 Flaschen Wasser und zwei Dosen Bier zur Begrüßung. Spülmittel und Lappen, sowie Mülltüten und Toilettenpapier für die ersten Tage waren vorhanden. Alle Fenster haben Fliegengitter und die Matratzen schienen recht neu zu sein. Es gab jedoch auch ein paar kleine Kritikpunkte. Zum einen fehlte für das Spülbecken ein Stopfen, was das Spülen erschwerte und das vorhandene Geschirr war auch nicht wirklich sauber. Der Siphon im Waschbecken im Bad war ziemlich rostig und was uns wirklich gestört hat, die Halterung der Duschbrause war abgebrochen, weshalb man diesen beim Duschen immer festhalten muss. Aber das waren nur Kleinigkeiten und generell waren wir total begeistert. Informationen gab es jedoch vor Ort keine. Wir hatten hier in den Bemerkungen bereits gelesen, dass man das warme Wasser an einem Schalter vor dem Bad anstellen muss und wie man zum Strand kommt. Die Lage war einfach nur Klasse. Man ist wirklich in nur 2min am Strand. Dieser ist recht groß und wirklich sehr schön und toll mit Kindern. Am Strand stehen Liegen und Tische bereit. Wir hatten den Strand die ganzen 2 Wochen für uns alleine, was wirklich toll war. Insgesamt haben jedoch 5-6 Häuser Zugang zu dem Strand. Diese waren jedoch alle leer. Unsere direkten Nachbarn mit im Haus haben den Strand nur früh morgens genutzt. Das die Nachbarn über die eigene Terrasse laufen müssen können wir nicht bestätigen. Es gibt einen Weg hinten rum, welche unsere Nachbarn immer genutzt haben. Wenn man also Abgeschiedenheit und Ruhe mag eindeutig eine super Adresse. Mit dem Auto ist es in beide Richtungen ca. 3,5km zu kleinen Dörfern wo man auch gut Essen gehen kann. Bis Nikiti, eine etwas größere Stadt mit ein paar Geschäften und auch Lidl ist ca. 12min entfernt. Wir hatten einen unvergesslichen, tollen Urlaub und kommen gerne wieder.

Die Lage ist wunderbar, der kleine "eigene" Strand trotz etwas Plastikmüll auch. Die Ausstattung ließ aber zu wünschen übrig, marodes Badezimmer, uralte etwas eklige Kaffeemaschine, vom Zustand der Toilettenbürste schweigen wir lieber ganz... Hier müßte mal, zumindest minimal, wieder etwas investiert werden. Auch Erläuterungen, wohin mit dem Müll oder wie genau geht es eigentlich zum "hauseigenen Strand" wären wünschenswert. Übernahme und Rückgabe der Wohnung erfolgten kontaktfrei, was in Ordnung ist.

Philippos 2 liegt sehr schön an einem Olivenhain mit großem Garten. Die Wohnungseinrichtung und Zustand entspricht griechischem Standard. Als wir kamen gab es kein warmes Wasser zum duschen etc. Man muss erst mal eine Sicherung umlegen( vor dem Bad ander Wand). Der Strand ist nicht immer zugänglich. Der Weg führt durch ein Tor eines Privatgrundstückes mit Hundewarnung, was nicht immer offen ist. Den Hinweis, dass es da einen Schlüssel bei einem Stromkasten gibt, bekommt man erst auf Anfrage (tel.) Die Kommunikation ist in Hinsicht auf diese Sachen recht dürftig. Ich erwarte, dass ich auf solche Dinge im Vorfeld hingewiesen werde!

Wunderschöne Lage am Rande eines Olivenhains

Einfache aber geschmackvoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung, die 3 km entfernt vom nächsten kleinen Fischerdorf liegt. Wer Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit in der Natur liebt, dem wird es hier sehr gut gefallen. Eine schöne, von nur 3 verstreut liegenden Häusern genutzte Badebucht liegt nur 100m entfernt. Mosquitos sind leider allgegenwärtig, werden aber effektiv von Fliegengittern an den Fenstern aus den Schlafräumen gehalten. Einziger Kritikpunkt sind die nicht sehr komfortablen Betten.
