We loved our stay. From check in to check out, everything was a breeze. The team was there at every turn to help and make sure we were comfortable, which was very nice, but we wanted for nothing once we arrived. It was a lovely, large, clean room, a beautiful property and a great jumping off point for what the island has to offer. We loved it.

Great Vacation Location and Service

My family had a great experience with KBM. We stayed at the Honua Kai HKH-515 location and the setting was spectacular and the service was great. We had one slight issue (light bulb not working) and KBM fixed this right away, so I would say they were extremely responsive and helpful. I have stayed here before and I know I will be back again!!!

We had an excellent time at the resort. Our suite/condo was perfectly appointed with all that we needed. Not only was it beautiful with incredible views, but it was also exceptionally clean and equipped with all the toys and supplies needed for a restful time on Maui. The communication and arrangements were spot on with all the information needed. I hope we have another opportunity in the future.

Christmas Break 2022

We spent 11 days at this property. We had a really late checkin and it went very smoothly. KBM sent us great instructions and even called us on checkin day to make sure we were clear on all accounts. The condo is very nice and in good condition. The kitchen is adequately stocked, but could use a small saucepan since we do like to cook in. The outside dining table was amazing for Christmas Day Dinner. This condo is situated in the Hokulani tower. The courtyard and pool are outside and it is rather noisey in the evenings. But can be very entertaining listening to the music from Dukes. There is also a "frog" in the pond tht is located beneath the condo and that noise is rather annoying after a period of time. The lania is lovely. With such wonderful weather, we were able to open all the doors and have a huge living space. Whales were visible breeching off in the distance, which turned into a daily ritual for all of us. Don't forget your binoculars-the condo does not have any. There are (2) beach chairs, which is nice. You'll need to rent more if you have more than 2 people. We did LOVE the towels that were available in the towel kiosk. That was very convenient. The pool fills up quickly, so you'll need to stake your claim early. If you go down before 8 a.m., you will need to stay with your towels or security is obligated to remove the towels. There is an option to rent a cabana at the Konua Kai Resort website. We did that one day and it was absolutely lovely. Dukes resturant does have poolside service-another lovely treat. KBM is very responsive to maintenance requests and questions. We had a couple of issues- burned out light bulb and dryer questions - which they responded to quickly. The dryer is a challenge since it is ventless and doesn't dry very quickly. We had to utilize the lania chairs to finish off drying clothes. If you are like us and use the washer and dryer frequently, just be prepared for longer dry times. This is a lovely condo, situated in a wonderful area of Lahiana. Kaanapali beach is beautiful. The facility is lovely and there are many things close by that makes it's location perfect for catching a catamaran or a luau-we do not recommend the Luau at the Sheraton ;-( We would definitely return to this facility. If this condo isn't available, KBM does manage many units and I did notice that most of the units have the same furniture. We would definitely return. Thank you KBM for a wonderful trip.

Simply Paradise!!

Beautiful grounds and condo! Beds were extremely comfortable - even the sofa bed!! Convenient location. The ONLY complaint was the vet low flow shower in the master suite. We all used the secondary shower instead. Other than that- perfect!!
