Roland was such a great and responsive host! The space was spotless and set up very well with two large bedrooms, a lovely kitchen and a plant-filled bathroom. The property was lovely and Roland was a fantastic host. We had a small issue arise with the bathroom and Roland took care of it immediately. We traveled with a small child and he had a high chair and travel crib ready for us when we arrived. The only difficulty was the noise from the apartment above which at night got to be fairly loud at times. The home is an older historic home and I think that is often a quirk of older homes so it's just something to be aware of. Other than that, I highly recommend the staying here and thank Roland for a great stay.

The house was spotless and the host provided everything we needed for a great weekend with our UW students. The location is perfect. Easy walks to coffee, restaurants, even campus if you’re adventurous. The streets are tight but parking was not a problem. Highly recommend!

Greenlake getaway

House was perfect for a quick getaway..... loved his collections of pottery, glassware and especially the wall of Pendleton wool blankets. Great location with plenty of things to do nearby.

Charming neighborhood home

We had a great 5 night stay in this beautiful Wallingford neighborhood Craftsman. Steps from Woodland Park and short drive to UW, downtown and more. Super comfortable 2 bedroom unit and owner pretty much thought of everything to make our stay enjoyable. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful house with a comfortable feel of home. Incredible upscale appliances and cookware in the kitchen that was stocked with plenty of cooking essentials to make meal prep easy. House was very clean on arrival and the thoughtful and intentional decor gave the home a historical heartbeat. The host was friendly, helpful, accessible, and reached out several times to ensure we didn’t have any other needs. Thank you Roland!

The unit was perfect for our family of four. The kitchen had everything one would need to cooking. The besides the lovely bathtub, there is a full shower which was nice. The location was excellent for us as it really was central to everything we wanted to do in Seattle. Street parking was always available and Roland was very communicative. We left our hearts in Seattle and can’t wait to come back!

Originally from Burbank, California, I grew up in the studio lots of WarnerBros, Disney, Paramount, and Fox, where stories are conceived and brought to life through film and art. I live my life for stories. A storyteller by profession, I believe all you will ever really have at the end of your life is your story.

Some of my best stories:

Touring with Van Halen for a year; Backpacking through Eastern Europe; Shaking hands with Bill Clinton over coffee; Rubbing shoulders with the South American elite.

Now I live in Seattle and continue to tell stories through my creative services business.
