The house is accessible via an external staircase. On the first floor, an entrance hall leads to: - a living room with a dining area and lounge opening onto a balcony with sea views - a fitted kitchen connected to the dining room - two bedrooms, each with a 160 x 200 cm bed - a shower room - a separate WC On the second floor: - a bedroom with a 160 x 200 cm bed - a bedroom with two 90 x 190 cm beds - a small children's playroom - a shower room - a separate WC On the ground floor: - a laundry room with a washing machine - a storage area with a wardrobe - a garage Outside: - a garden with trees and flowers - a balcony (renovation planned soon) with garden furniture, a parasol, and a griddle - sun loungers Parking is available in the garage for a small car or on the Free public parking is available next to the cottage. This accommodation is reserved for leisure travelers only. An enchanting setting and a successful renovation for this neo-Breton house! The owner was dedicated to restoring this bourgeois home to its former glory! From the moment you arrive, its charm takes hold: whether in the magnificent, light-filled dining room or on the balcony overlooking the sea and Mont Saint-Michel, you won't want to leave!
