This unique has a style all its own. Enjoy your vacation 2 bedroom (1 King bed, 1 Queen bed and 1 standard size Crib) * LOWER LEVEL/BASEMENT * of 4-Plex apartment designed for luxury comfort. Our fully equipped kitchen awaits your hearty and gourmet meals. Just 5 minutes drive to Whyte Ave, 10 minutes drives to downtown and the University of Alberta. A home away from home with free parking and smart home devices. You will love it here.

It's a building with four separate living units. 2 units are in upper level and 2 units are in lower level.

This unit is in LOWER level.
7 stair steps to go down to the unit.

Our 4-Plex is located close to a busy street, and thus there are road noises when the windows are opened.

Coin operated washer & dryer (two $1 per load) is shared with other guests and it is located in the lower level of the building.

Detergent is provided for guests to use.

Well-equipped, cozy, and roomy

Just a perfect place for us over the holiday. We have a 19-month-old, and the room with the quality crib (not the travel crib you normally find in short-term rentals) served us very well.

Handy Location and great property

Property very good and exactly as presented in pictures. 6 minutes walk to 004 bus stop for travel to Strathcona stores, cafes, restaurants and Strathcona market or all the way to WEM.

Cute and clean space

Both bedrooms are very large and bright. There is a lot of natural light for a basement apartment. All areas were very clean and is well maintained. Would stay here again.
