Garden View 2 Bedroom Condo Directly Across the Street from the Beach!

Practically Beachfront without the Beachfront Price - Guests are sure to enjoy a memorable vacation in this newly remodeled, fully furnished, 2 bedroom/2 bath condo. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, private bathroom, a 50" flat screen TV, and views of the beach. The guest bedroom is furnished with one queen bed and one custom built (xl twin/xl twin) bunk bed, 32” flat screen TV, and has a neighboring bathroom. This condo comfortably sleeps 8 people. The living room is nicely decorated with a queen sofa sleeper and has a 60" flat screen TV. The dining area has a table with seating for 4 and the adjoining kitchen bar counter has additional seating for 4. The kitchen is perfect for entertaining as it is equipped with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, and is fully supplied with everything you might need. Situated directly across the street from a beach access, guests can enjoy an afternoon of swimming and then relaxing later on the poolside balcony. This property requires a 3 night minimum stay. NO PETS.

IMPORTANT: You are booking a private beach home. As much as we like to please your every need, we DO NOT work as hotels do. We are not a 24/7 service. Any overnight requests, other than REAL emergencies, will be look after the next day. If there is an emergency that threatens a persons life, please call 911.

The owners of Beachview #112 welcome you to their beach home! While staying here, we ask that you follow a few requests that will make everyone’s stay more enjoyable and keep the property looking good year after year.

1. Parking ~ is limited to 2 vehicles. Vehicles must be licensed, operable and registered to the occupants. Unauthorized vehicles will be towed at the owners’ expense.

2. Occupancy ~ Maximum capacity per unit is NO MORE than 6 guests. There must be at least one adult 25 years of age or older, registered, present and residing in the unit through the duration of the tenancy.

3. Pets ~ We DO NOT accept pets in our property. The knowledge or trace of unauthorized pets will mean a fine of $400.

4. Noise ~ Loud noise of any sort; music, loud talking, boom boxes, etc. is not allowed.

5. Garbage and Tidiness ~ Garbage should all be disposed exterior dumpster on the sides of the building. Please DO NOT dispose of cigarette butts, cans, candy wrappers, trash on the ground. We work hard to make certain the property looks good when you check in. Please help us keep it that way by picking up any litter before you leave.

6. Pool ~ Please wash ALL sand from your body BEFORE entering our pool. The pool equipment cannot handle sand from the beach and causes damage and equipment failure. Please DO NOT leave your children unattended. Please observe pool hours.

7. BBQ ~ No BBQ pit is included.

8. Once booked, we will send a custom Rental Agreement for you to complete and send back to us. Without this agreement we will not be able to host you.

Blue Ocean Vacation Rentals provides the disposable amenities necessary to get your vacation off to a comfortable start. These amenities include 1 set of hotel size soaps and shampoos per bathroom, 2 garbage bags, 1 roll of paper towel, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 dish soap, 1 dish sponge, 4-6 coffee pods and and a small amount of laundry detergent. We do not provide unlimited disposable amenities. It is your responsibility to review what is included in the property and stock with whatever else may be needed for the duration of your stay.

Towels and linens must only be used for their intended purpose. Do not stain them with food, grease or any other substance. Do not use towels to clean up any mess. Stained towels/linens will be charged.

Do not hang towels from the balcony or windows. A $100 fine may be applied if you break this rule.

Subletting not allowed.

Note: The owners of this property will NOT allow Spring Break activity on the premises.

Check in is easy and available 24 hours a day with a smart lock on the entrance door.

The smart keypad door code will be provided to the guest about 48-24 hours before arrival.

Hosts will be available for check-in assistance up until 10 pm, we ask that guests arriving late please let us know via text.

Service Animals need to be with the person they service 24/7. Service Animals cannot be left alone in the property. A service animal left alone in the property is not a service animal and will be penalized with a $400 fee.

"Early" check in and/or "Late" check out will be available, when possible, at a charge of $55 for each occurrence.

Child's highchair & pack & play on request at $25/each, billed on a separate invoice.

For special requests outside our scope of work, please message us to get our Concierge's contact.

Date changes might be granted depending on the date of the change for a $100 change fee plus any difference in price.

Cancellations for nightly reservations will receive a 96% refund if they are made more than 30 days before the scheduled arrival date. Please note that a service fee of $25 will also be charged for all cancellations, regardless of the timing. There will be no refund if the cancellation comes is made This policy does not extend to bookings that are eligible for monthly discounts.

The host will not pay for a hotel, vacation rental, or transportation expenses incurred because of an interruption in water or electrical service. If water or electricity is interrupted for more than 8 hours, guests have the option of canceling their reservation and requesting a refund for the nights not used. Under no circumstances will we refund consumed nights.

Great Unit

This is the second time we have stayed in this unit. It's updated, clean, and great location. The condos are directly across the street from the public beach access. Both my husband and I had to work while we were there and the WiFi was satisfactory. We will stay here again!

Amazing Get away

Rod & Rosa were very attentive throughout the whole trip. They followed up with our stay and asked if we were okay or if we needed anything. The place felt like home and everything was perfect just like the pictures. Communication is Key... they will go ahead and comply with our needs.

Clean and Cute

Cute condo, clean, decorations are adorable. Comfortable beds, plenty of towels and beach supplies. Easy access to restraints and walking distance to anything you need. Rid and Rosa were helpful. Can’t wait to visit again.
