Ka’anapali Royal is located on the 16th fairway of the Kaanapali Golf Course, in the center of the Ka’anapali Resort. The upscale condo complex has low-rise buildings and is very relaxing with lots of open green space and tropical gardens. Our quiet, spacious, top floor unit has an excellent ocean view and overlooks the pool and golf course. Yet only one set of stairs up from the parking lot. Enjoy amazing sunsets while you sip a Mai Tai on our huge lanai.

It's a short 5 to 10 minute stroll to Whalers Village and the world famous Kaanapali Beach, consistently voted a world top beach by readers of Conde Nast Traveler Magazine. Whaler’s Village offers a variety of stores and great restaurants. Including Monkeypod Kitchen, Hula Grill, and Leilani's. Kaanapali Royal guests enjoy a resort golf discount. 'Black Rock', located on Kaanapali Beach, offers excellent snorkeling. It is only a short drive or free trolley ride to historical downtown Lahaina for excellent dining, art galleries and shopping.

Our privately owned condo has over 1600 square feet of living space with air conditioning plus a wonderful huge lanai with BBQ overlooking the pool with a great ocean view. It is centrally located in the complex with close access to the heated pool, spa and tennis courts. Our top floor unit is easily accessible since the parking lot is on the 2nd floor level.

We are a short set of steps up one level to great views. The downstairs entrance takes you into the living areas including a large living room, fully equipped kitchen, dining room with seating for 6, and laundry with full size washer/dryer. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa, 55' HDTV, free fastest available internet, DVD, stereo and great views. One bedroom with attached full bathroom, queen bed, ceiling fan, and private lanai is also downstairs.

Upstairs we have a very spacious master bedroom and full bathroom with vaulted ceilings & fan, ocean views, king bed, memory foam futon, TV, and DVD/VCR.

The gated condo complex has secure parking. There are also two tennis/basketball/picklelball courts, a large pool, 2 gas grills and outdoor dining area, and Jacuzzi. K. Royal is the perfect spot for your vacation in a serene and relaxing atmosphere, it's never crowded. You will always have a lounge chair by the pool! Very close to the beach yet about half the price of oceanfront condos, much quieter and much larger units.

Lauri and I married on Maui in 1991 because we love it here so much! We returned to the island a few times a year and decided to buy our 'home away from home' in 2003. We enjoy coming to our condo several times a year. We keep the condo well maintained, well stocked and have made it feel warm and comfortable like you're staying in a friend's home instead of a corporate rental unit. Why Rick Beck chose Lahaina

The most attractive aspect of Ka’anapali Royal is of course the location. We love the ocean views and being so close to the beach without having all the noise and foot traffic. Another deciding factor was the size of the condo being so large at 1,600 interior square feet, plus a huge 350 square foot lanai. We've stayed in many condos throughout the islands and most are small, rectangular, shotgun and feel like an apartment. We love the vaulted ceilings and no noise above us being on the top floor, plus enjoy the nicest views in the complex. The condo below us is rarely used. The complex is friendly, quiet and beautifully maintained.

What makes this condo unique

The best thing about our complex is it's never crowded so you can always get a chair by the pool! It's nice to get the resort golf discount at the Ka’anapali courses and be in close walking distance to great restaurants, shops, spas and the beach. We love our morning walks down to Black Rock and along the beach walkway then back up the short hill to home.....a great workout!

We loved the huge lanai and were glad to find the closet of beach goodies that saved us a lot of time (and money) since we didn't have to hunt those things down. Beautiful condo, awesome views and great location.

We just returned from 8 nights at this condo. The unit had everything we needed including staples for the kitchen. Very roomy and comfortable for 6 people, 4 adults and 2 kids. Kids loved the pool. Easy walk to Whaler's Village. Rick, the owner was very in touch prior to arriving, sent us great information regarding things to do, where to eat and where to shop. Overall great experience.

The condo and our vacation was the greatest.

We enjoy the property so much, your condo was beautiful, loved the work you have done with it, we will for sure be back. The whole experience is great, close to every thing. We love that the little strip mall is close and we found the bakery. All in all it’s the best place, it was very clean when we arrived. Just had the best time. Thanks Rick

Our 2 families (7 total) shared this condo. Great location near several beach access points and Whaler’s Village. Beautiful view from inside and lanai. Kitchen was well supplied. Beach towels, chairs, coolers, sand toys and boards were a plus! Very clean and beautiful updated bathrooms. Owners great to work with on booking. Local info and suggestions on shopping, dining and activities were very helpful.

Maui Christmas!

Living in the condo from Dec. 6 - 22, 2017, it was wonderful to have a reprieve from winter and still be home in time for Christmas. Upon arrival, the owner was more than accommodating; we very much appreciated being able to move in a little early. Parking at the condo was never a problem, even with the A/C work going on; the office staff were pleasant, helpful and informative, from directions to printing boarding passes.

The location was perfect, allowing us to easily walk to Whalers Village, take the free shuttle from the Fairway Shops, and catch a bus at Whalers Village into Lahaina. So much nicer than driving our rental vehicle everywhere and trying to find parking. Our grand-daughter loved riding the shuttle, playing in the pool, and watching movies at night with us. We celebrated her fifth birthday while we were there, a special day I'm sure she will never forget.

It was great to be able to do our own cooking, accommodating our ever-changing daily schedules (around golf, snorkeling, Haleakala sunrise, etc.) and individual eating habits.

The indoor toy collection and outdoor pool toys were very well used by our grand-daughter. The Kitchen, in-house laundry and pool towels provided were a Godsend, and all very well used by the adults in our family.

The spaciousness of the unit allowed all of us to have our own space, privacy and separation, while enjoying our time together as a family. Morning coffee, spectacular rainbow pictures and evening sunsets on the huge lanai quickly became a daily tradition. We only had one rainy day during our stay, which didn't dampen our spirits or detract from our holiday enjoyment in the least.

It seemed odd to see Santa (our grand-daughter claimed he was not the real Santa) and be surrounded by Christmas music and decorations, and watch the Christmas train go by in a tropical paradise, but we were certainly able to adapt. Most of the other residents we met were also from Alberta, which was kind of nice. We joked about the last one out turning off the lights, and no-one looked forward to going home to the cold. One day we were driving up to the north shore when a man on the radio said "it's only 72 degrees out, you may as well stay in bed." We all had a good laugh at that. When we landed in Calgary it was -34 degrees celcius and New Years Eve was the coldest ever recorded, with a with a wind

chill of -50. Maui in winter is an absolute must and we can't wait to come back again.

Lovely location, beautiful and well-maintained

We just love this property and this unit. Spacious, well decorated, fully equipped unit that lends to relaxing. Beautiful panoramic ocean views with Lanai & Molokai in the backdrop. The property is just off the 'beaten path' for privacy and quietness, but only a short walk to the beach and all the other restaurants, shops, and golfing.

Very nice stay! Great communication!

We had a very nice stay at this property. We had one minor issue and when I contacted Rick he was extremely helpful in getting it solved. The location is perfect about a 10-15 min walk to Whaler's Village (shops & restaurants) and the beach. The pool area is very nice and not crowded. Beautiful views from the deck, as seen in the photos.

The only negative with this condo is the very dated downstairs bathroom and shower.

Rick was very good help throughout the process. We couldn't have asked for a better person to work with.
