Our modern apartment "Haus Constantin" is located on the ground floor of probably the oldest house in Weimar - Tiefurt, which was renovated in 1998 in accordance with the monument (single monument). It is located directly on Tiefurter castle park. Diagonally opposite you will find the restaurant "CafĂ© and Restaurant am Schloßpark", within walking distance the "Tiefurter BackstĂŒbchen" and the restaurant "Alte Remise". The city center of Weimar is only a few minutes by car (3 km), the city bus stops around the corner. You can have breakfast in the "BackstĂŒbchen" or you can use the fully equipped kitchen for self-catering. The apartment (45 mÂČ) consists of a bedroom, a living room with integrated dining area and kitchen and a bathroom with tub and shower.

Pleasant & Quiet with Activities Nearby

Weimar is an absolute GEM in Germany. It is small enough to have a village, rural feel and large enough to have plenty of cultural experiences. The very best part are the parks- and this home is located at the very edge of a delightful one. Bikes are easy to rent, and the excursions from Weimar are uncomplicated. This is a safe, friendly, relaxing get away! Erik was a perfect host.The apartment has all that is needed, and we would love to come back annually.

Eine erholsame Ferienwoche in Weimar (>60J.)

uns empfing eine modern eingerichtete Ferienwohnung in einem denkmalgeschĂŒtzten Haus. Der Vermieter gab uns wichtige Hinweise fĂŒr die Benutzung. Die Lage am Schlosspark war sehr ruhig, der von anderen GĂ€sten erwĂ€hnte kleine private Campingplatz war nicht belegt (herbstliches Wetter). Die Innenstadt ist zu Fuß in 40 min zu erreichen, mit dem Auto keine 5 min. Es gibt leider keinen festen Stellplatz, dieser muss gelegentlich im Umfeld gesucht werden. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt und können die Wohnung weiterempfehlen. Lediglich das Bett könnte etwas breiter fĂŒr zwei Personen sein, ist aber auf Grund der GrĂ¶ĂŸe des Schlafzimmers nicht anders möglich.

Wunderebare Lage direkt am Park

Die Ferienwohnung ist ruhig gelegen und war fĂŒr uns ideal - nicht weit von der Stadt und den SehenswĂŒrdigkeiten und doch lĂ€ndlich ruhig. Der wunderschöne Park bot einen Ruhepol zu den vielen Menschen in den Museen und der Stadt. Parken ist etwas schwierig in der Straße, auch warten manchmal Wohnmobile auf Einlass beim direkt nebenan gelegenen kleinen Campingplatz. Dies ist jedoch nur Mittags und war innen nicht hörbar. Ich empfehle die Ferienwohnung bedenkenlos weiter.

Die EG Wohnung voll in Ordnung..was uns leider gefehlt hat war eine Terrasse . Ich ging davon aus, dass eine EG Wohnung in einem alleinstehenden Haus eine Terrasse hat..war aber mein Fehler, es stand nicht in der Beschreibung.. ein Camping Platz gegenĂŒber dem Schlafzimmer. Meistens aber kein Problem, es war recht ruhig. Insgesamt ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt, Herr Bothor war freundlich und es gab keine Probleme....

Ruhige Ferienwohnung bei Weimar

Eine sehr schön und modern eingerichtete Ferienwohnung, direkt am Schloßpark in Tiefurt. 5 Minuten vom Zentrum von Weimar mit dem Auto oder 30-40 MInuten zu Fuß. Sehr ruhig und doch so dicht an allen SehenswĂŒrdigkeiten der Region. Auf alle FĂ€lle zu empfehlen.

Eine wunderschön gelegene, modern eingerichtete Ferienwohnung in einem sanierten, historischen HĂ€uschen. Der Vermieter ist freundlich und entgegenkommend. Kleiner Tipp: Mit einem gemieteten Fahrrad von der "GrĂŒnen Liga" ist man entlang der Ilm sofort in Weimar!

Stilvolle Wohnung

Eine sehr geschmackvolle Wohnung, der man sofort ansieht, dass eine Innenarchitektin beteiligt war. Die Bilder bei FeWo entsprechen völlig der Wirklichkeit. Die Lage der Wohnung ist fĂŒr einen Weimar-Urlaub optimal: Weimar ist mit dem Auto in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen, Tiefurt ist ein sehr reizvoller und ruhiger Ort. Eine Überraschung war fĂŒr uns der wunderbare Schlosspark, der fast an der HaustĂŒre beginnt. Der Campingplatz nebenan war ruhig, wegen Betriebsferien fand auch keine Hochzeitsfeier im "CafĂ©" gegenĂŒber statt. Ein Pluspunkt sind auch die Fliegengitter, die die StechmĂŒcken der nahen Ilm abhalten. Mit dem Bett kamen wir, obwohl wir mit unseren 60 und 76 kg keine Schwergewichte sind, wegen seiner GrĂ¶ĂŸe, der weichen Matratze und der Eckstellung des Doppelbetts, allerdings nicht wirklich zurecht (einer von uns ist deshalb abwechselnd auf die Wohnzimmercouch ausgewichen; das war dann ok.). Ohne diese kleine EinschrĂ€nkung wĂ€re es eine Traumwohnung. - Bei Hochzeiten in der Alten Remise und/oder im "CafĂ©" gegenĂŒber könnte es mit dem Parken in Tiefurt eng werden.

Tolle Unterkunft fĂŒr kleine Familien o. Paare

Wir hatten in der Fewo in Weimar Tiefurt ein paar schöne Tage. Die Lage am Schlosspark ist ideal, im Ort gibt es einen BĂ€cker & GaststĂ€tten, in Weimar ist man in wenigen Autominuten, fĂŒr unseren Kurzurlaub war das alles sehr gut. Wir empfehlen diese Unterkunft uneingeschrĂ€nkt weiter.
